Why was mine opened and it doesnt smell like the product i love so much what happened?

not sure what you mean by opened, these are not sealed unless the packer puts tape around the bottom of the cap. they still smell wonderful to me, and I do not think anyone could tamper with the contents, if it leaks you cant fill.
