I don't know about replacement parts, hardly used the fan but it worked fine when I did, what do you need? The unit is quite generic, you should be able to get any parts for it locally.

Q: Is this fan weather proof (if a stray thunderstorm comes by)?

Yes. I left my first one out in weather for 5 years. The sun caused the plastic to deteriorate. Fan was still working when I replaced it with an identical new one.

Buy a new fan. No parts available. We love ours. It is our second one. We replaced our broken one with a new fan.

Q: What am i missing here. I see in the picture the hookup for the hose, but where is the cord that hooks it to power to run fan?

The power cord is in the back/on the base of the upper fan part (behind the button power controls). This is a fabulous product. In hard water, you may need to periodically gently unscrew the spray nozzles and "blow" out the deposits
