I was skeptical that this would be any better than others, but I have to say I was shocked as soon as I started to use it. This scoop went through ice cream like it was hot butter. It formed a perfect ball without even trying. I needed this for a small ice cream shop window in my store. We had just got 2 new scoops that were commercial grade and they broke after 2 uses. We have the full setup, with a scoop well with running water too, so that wasn’t even helping. This just went right through like nothing. It’s solid and seems like it will last. It was slightly discolored, but that’s ok since it’s going to happen anyways. Hardest part will be making sure no one puts it in a dishwasher. I am already ordering a second one. I can see why it’s been a top brand for so many years.

Excellent scoop. I bought 5 for use in my ice cream parlor. The consistency of scooping the same size scoop of ice cream is the best feature. Also, it is much easier to carve through hand-dipped ice cream tubs than most other scoops. The consistency of the size of the scoop it provides helps minimize waste. They are well worth the cost.

TL;DR: Even IF they sent me a new ice cream scoop and I absolutely loved it, I would never again buy anything from Zeroll online because these people have shown that (1) they don’t inspect their items before they go out, (2) they don’t care about the customer service experience, and (3) they might be sending amazon customers used pieces to justify all of $4 savings compared to the price on their direct website.I read good things about zeroll, so I was excited to get the product. There was zero quality control. The package came with unsealed and the scooper was chipped and scratched. I ended up opening a ticket with the manufacturer directly because I wanted an exchange rather than a return and thought it would be quicker/easier to deal with them directly. They asked for my name, email, address, where I bought it, when I bought it, the order number, and then asked for pictures and a description of the issue. I gave them all of that just to get a follow up email asking me to again tell them my address, where I bought it, and when I bought it i.e., information I had clearly already given them. They also asked for copy of the receipt, so I gave them the gift receipt Amazon creates for you that tells you the order number (it even says you can use it for returns) AND a screen shot of my email confirmation that amazon gives you. Then, I got another email saying that they needed a different receipt copy because it didn’t show the date and the PDF of my email confirmation wasn’t good enough. Amazon doesn’t give you regular receipts. So then I had to go back into the app to screenshot the order. I gave them some version of the order date, originator (Amazon), and the order number THREE different times. After all that plus the pictures and everything then I got an email saying “great now we’ll forward it to someone in support and they’ll decide next steps.” They could’ve forwarded my complaint and the pictures I gave them straight away so support could be doing their job while they were harassing me for my personal information. Terrible customer service.
