I have been through Dave Ramsey “Financial Freedom” and yes knew about using envelopes to keep cash in. Im almost debt free and will be using these. However, my first attempt at the store was awkward with so many loose envelopes!I had to put the other envelopes on the counter. (Most were empty so if I lost one no problem but next month those envelopes will have money in them. So what to do? I bought them with holes because of a small day runner they fit into but it is too bulky and I do not carry a purse. Advice from a sheriff for seniors! I also bought some with out holes. I found a solution. I used my binder hole punch and used the 1/4 inch spiral binder rings! It opens like a book, they are all on that on binder ring and It is flat and not bulky so it fits in my fanny pack! I can flip to what I want without worrying about dropping other envelopes. I sent a picture. I will be buying only the ones without holes from now on but if you like the binder idea...and like carrying a big purse... go for it! They are sturdier then a regular envelop and the flaps hold money in. My only problem with all envelops us what to do with loose change. I decided to use a change purse!

I use these cash envelopes with a wallet of similar size to the filofax that The Budget Mom used. These cash envelopes are PERFECT!!! They barely bend so it's definitely a plus if you don't want them getting damaged. The colors help a ton with organizing, and the font on the expense tracker is easy to read. The expense tracker has enough space to write short details well and enough lines to last even maybe a second paycheck if need be! Thank you for these envelopes!! I alread purchased more cause these are definitely high quality.

Product was good. They are thick card stock. Fit the a6binder perfectly. Bought these for my nieces who want to start being more responsible with money. Only negative thing is that they are not all evenly punched. So when you place them in binder some of them will be higher up or lower down.

I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and durable these budget envelope are. I was thinking of ordering another more decorative budget envelope, but glad I took a chance on this one. They provide 12 envelopes with 12 different colors, which provides 2 ways to label. One is writing on the envelope and the other is immediate location by color. The material is thick cardboard, which makes it durable. And it is already hole punched. Plus it fits in the compact Filofax wallet that is the new rave for carrying around budgeting money. Love it!

The envelopes are just slightly larger than US dollar. Fits in smaller spiral binder (e g. Franklin Planner). Envelope is paper, thicker stock which gives durability. Can hold twenty bills. Perhaps 20-30 coins and 10-15 bills.Colored envelopes can be nice means to organizeHas date/note lines to track amount in envelope. These are a bit small for my tastes, so printed a sheet to fold up and stuff in envelope w/ bills.

I love the ease of opening and closing. I think I prefer that no one can see the cash and if I choose not to write the tally no one would know how much was inside just by looking.

They are a good buy, very durable.. only things I didn’t like were:1.) The closing method.. would prefer some type of clip or reusable adhesive.2.) Envelope color is too dark. Very hard to see any writing on them.. I tried several dif color pens/markers.
