I bought this knife set 3 years ago and they are excellent. I use them daily, live by the beach (with the salt air that causes rusting), and these still look as good as the day I bought them. If you hand wash them, dry them immediately, and keep them in the wood block they won't rust (at least mine have not rusted yet. Not even a spot of rust.)

I've bought these 3 times. Once before my divorce, once to reward myself for finally cutting out the ex (see what I did there? Relax, I haven't actually cut anyone) & once for my mom because she liked them so much. So, suffice to say I like this knife set.

These are great and very sharp knives. Love the easy access by the storing block. Nice looking on my counter.

Rock solid knife set. Hard to beat for the money. Global and Kamikoto knives I bought for the ex were slightly better I guess, but they cost 3-4 times as much. Some products are worth the extra coin for high end. In my view, knives aren't one of those products. The Henkels are 98% as good. I'll take the Henkels, a bottle of decent bourbon and a box of cigars for what you'll spend trying to be like Giada.
