My guinea pigs love this. Very simple design but it works.

My guinea pig loved it

I normally buy wooden houses for our guinea pigs as they like to jump on top of them but my daughter wanted to try this one for them instead, I was sceptical but it has been a major hit! They love hiding in it but also running in and out of it over and over again - very funny to watch! The only thing I have had to do is place a towel over that corner of the cage so they still feel it is somewhere safe to hide as it is a bit open otherwise. I also have to wash it quite often as gets dirty very quickly with it being felt material.

My guinea pigs love this product. I bought two, one for each end of my C&C cage. Unless you have a self made C&C cage, I wouldn’t recommend this product as it takes up some space and it wouldn’t be fair to your pig/pigs. There’s no way for a piggy to actually use the top as a bed or a place to rest - just thought I’d mention that because I thought maybe it could be used by the pigs as a sort of hammock. The surface area is too small for a pig to go on there and they wouldn’t naturally jump in to a corner. My piggies like hiding inside their little tent. I’ve also used the plastic sheets that came with my C&C cage to cover the back of the cage where this tent backs on to. It offers them a little more privacy when they’re in there. My piggies used this product a lot in summer when it was hot, seeking shelter from the sun. Overall, it’s a fantastic product.

This was okay. I’m not sure how well it will hold up against piggies but gives them another hidy. The clips however were a nightmare and far too big (and stiff) for me, but I changed the D clips very cheaply and they now fit through my small mesh top of the cage and easy to open.

This didn't look like much when I opened the packet but the reaction speaks for itself. Our guinea pigs have been spending so much time playing with this and hiding under it, they massively prefer it to the other hidies we have for them.So much so that I've just ordered a second one as all four of them were trying to squeeze into one corner constantly!They're also largely only toileting in this corner now, whereas before it was more spread across the cage, so it's making cleaning way easier as we just use a thicker fleece liner in this corner and swap it daily and the rest of the cage liner is lasting longer.It dangles a little low on a standard c&c cage with the clips supplied so we've cable tied it on instead so it doesn't drag in the floor. Total hit with our pigs, would definitely recommend!

Only just arrived so piggies haven’t seen it yet as they’re sleeping. Seems well made and a good size so I’ve given it 5 * ;)

I got this for my guinea pig. He loves it easy to put up and gives lots of privacy and perfect shade from the sun.its good as he uses it as a bed giving him more room to run and play in his cage as well. A good find and value for money.
