How these are not rated higher I have no idea. I've tried hundreds of unique/foreign snacks on Amazon, and these are in my top 3, if not #1. They're incredible. High quality chocolate and caramel, this isn't cheap/fake stuff. Don't sleep on the Bonne Maman Butter Cookies and the Raspberry Tartlets either, they're also phenomenal. What a find, absolute gem.

A chocolate topped small cookie treat
Small, hard, crunchy cookies covered in a thin layer of caramel and topped with a layer of chocolate. Tasted the chocolate flavor more than any caramel flavor. Were OK but I had ordered their lemon tarts another time and thought they were better. I like that the tarts are individually wrapped.

It’s alright at best
Positives - Very rich chocolate, it tasted really nice. The cookie biscuit was very good too, and the whole cookie was about the size of a credit card.Neutrals - There wasn’t much Carmel inside the cookies. Also, there was lots of crumbling. Individually wrapped, but I think it helps the freshness.Negatives - They were pretty pricey.Overall - I personally wouldn’t buy it again

Taste Great!
These chocolate tartlets taste awesome! I love these tartlets as they are only 70 Calories & 10 Carbs per tartlet. They are small in size but I don't mind this because it provides built in portion & calorie control as I am currently dieting. Package arrived as expected and quickly. I have already ordered they lemon tartlets and will update my review after receiving them.
