i can't seem to get my monitor out of alarm mode even with powering off and using the reset button. Has anyone else had this problem?

I would suggest getting a different monitor, we lost our daughter to SUDEP & the monitor never went off:(

Is it worth the price?

No, it was not worth the price. It would not alarm when there was movement going on. We would have had to buy a new bed with a mattress no deeper than about 3 " for it to really work. Tried it on several different beds for different persons with seizures and it did not work on anyone of them.

Why is this almost 3 times the price vs the manufacturer website who refuses to ship to US but here it is?

This was the only manufacturer that I could find and the cost was very high. Needed the item.

Do you have a device that picks up Tonic seizures and or when person looses bladder. My daughter has seizures where she goes stiff with barely any mo.

Did you ever find a product to detect her seizures - where she goes stiff with barely any movement? My son does the same thing and need to get some sort of monitor for him.
