Excellant value for the money.
Fast delivery - delivery was predicted over a week span - arrived the first day of that time frame. Arrived in perfect condition, no damage.Contents1 computer - Dell 9020 MiniTower1 USB keyboard1 USB mouse1 USB WiFi/Bluetooth dongle2 monitors - Lenovo 22" widescreen - VGA, DVI and DisplayPort inputs3 power cables2 VGA video cables - very nice quality, very flexible1 Display Port to VGA adapterEverything arrived in the same delivery. No damage. Two monitors in one box, the CPU in the other. Packing was well done - lots of padding, bubble wrap, etc. Also the three big pieces were wrapped in sticky stretch wrap to keep it all clean. And they were clean. And I mean CLEAN. Everything looked brand new. No dust, dirt or scratches. I was amazed.Manufacture dates:computer and one monitor 2014other monitor 2012Computer configuration:Boot drive 256 gig SSDWindows 10 Pro installedData drive 2 tB rotating driveRAM 16 gig in 4 DIMMsDVD burnerUSB ports - total 10front 2ea USB 2.0 and 3.0rear 4 USB 2.0 2 USB 3.02 DisplayPort video ports on rear1 VGA video port on rearPS/2 ports for keyboard and mouse - I really appreciate these as my KVM switch is PS/2Normal audio ports front and rearThere's also a serial port on the rear - very rareI connected everything except the WiFi dongle as I have a wired network in my office. I connected it to my network switch, turned it on and it powered up and finished Windows install and setup, found the network and was ready for configuration and installation of all my software. One problemI had to do a lot of fiddling with video because the DisplayPort to VGA adapter would not play nice with the Lenovo monitor. I set the resolution to 1680 x 1050 and the monitor displayed an error box saying "Out of Range. Set to 1680x1050". Hello, that's what it's set at. The box couldn't be canceled and kept wandering around the screen. After much experimentation including trying a couple of video cards I had in the shop, I finally realized the monitors had DisplayPort inputs. Duh, pay attention. I happened to have some DisplayPort cables so I am driving the primary monitor from a DisplayPort output on the back of the computer and the other monitor is driven by the VGA output through my KVM switch. Both monitors are running 1680 x 1050 at 60 Hz and are looking great. The monitors and the VGA output are capable of 1920 x 1080 but the DisplayPort seems to max out at 1680 x 1050 which is just what my old eyes need. Higher resolution would make everything too small for me to read, so I'm happy. It just took a lot of fiddling to find the right working combination. For most people, I would recommend using DisplayPort if the monitors you get have that input. You'll have to buy a couple of cables from Amazon. So far that's the only hardware issue and it had a simple solution. Glad I had DP cables in the shop. So I did not use one of the VGA cables, the DP to VGA adapter and the WiFi/Bluetooth dongle. One software problem. On trying to install LibeOffice from the downloaded msi file, Windows caused a variety of errors and could not finish the install. Errors included 2330, 1632, 1392, 2507 and others I failed to write down. All I could find on the internet indicates that Windows Installer is corrupted. I'll deal with that later. Meanwhile I downloaded LibreOffice from PortableApps. It's an exe file and installed with no problems. I've installed Firefox and Irfanview with no problems. They are also exe files not msi.So far I'm a happy camper. This is a great setup for very little money. Thanks to the vendor who did a great job.

Works great, some damage in shipping though.
I waited too long to set up and review this. It shipped with some cosmetic damage, some loose / unplugged drives, and a damaged USB port, but overall, I love this little system. Eventually I might solder in a new port, but for now it's working great with a PSU adapter harness, 400W PSU and GTX 1660. If you're looking to build a battle station on a budget and do not need localized AI gen or ray tracing, this system packs a punch and leaves plenty of budget room for a 3rd ultrawide monitor (it runs all 3 no issue), dedicated GPU and PSU. The system hangs a little after it falls asleep, and running 100+ tabs in browser seems to slow it down also. Supposedly, this system dedicates 8GB of RAM to onboard graphics and might slow you down a little. If this is the case, consider putting money aside for more RAM. Overall, I am able to do CAD, slice models, browse the internet 100 tabs at a time and play games without issue on a very affordable system.I have maybe spent $250 on:this system1660400W PSUPSU harnessand 34" ultrawide monitorand programmable keyboardsIt feels like I am piloting a spacecraft more than it feels like I am using a surplus word processor. This system will not be Windows 11 compliant, but there are ways around that issue, and I am not worried about it at all.

As Advertised, With Helpful Customer Service And Running Strong A Year Later
Bought this specific system after my initial plans to purchase parts and build was constantly set back by the global pandemic late last year. That was a blessing in disguise because I got exactly what was listed, and then some. The monitors were surplus Dell 24-inch units with full VESA mounts, as well as vertical/horizontal tilt support for each monitor. The Wi-Fi adapter was weaker than expected, but it was cheap, and I bought another one with external high-gain antennae so no big deal. The computer itself has had no major issues in the year since purchase, and the built-in Dell hardware diagnostics software is a godsend for people like myself who do their own system maintenance. The computer's performance is top-notch, and maxing out the RAM to 32GB made a massive difference in being able to do heavy creative work, like illustration, photo/video editing and music production. I lucked out and was also able to add a 4GB video card before prices skyrocketed for basic cards (AMD Radeon RX550). When I had questions regarding the accessories and the monitors, the customer service was prompt and very helpful.I will say that if you are a novice when it comes to using desktop computers, or are unwilling to do basic research and troubleshooting for fixing any issues that might come up, these systems are not for you, as they are surplus business machines that have been refurbished to passing standards. These machines have no direct support from Dell other than their online support pages and user forum and are best purchased and used by people that are already familiar with computer hardware and comfortable with both maintenance and performing upgrades. The price is a great deal for what's included, but that also assumes you're willing to make sacrifices in terms of support. If you're looking for a starter system with dual monitors included that you can max out for gaming and a max of 32GB RAM for running heavier workloads with an intel i7, you're not going to find a better deal, especially with current constraints. I'm very glad I made the effort to look for these system bundles on here, because I could have easily spent triple the cost on ebay, for much less value.

Don't buy this
Do not buy this!Though it was listed as refurbished, I didn't expect one of the monitors to stop working within a week, and the CPU had stopped turning on several times. Really disrupted my work. Just save a buy a better system not work the time
