My son got this gift for his 9th birthday. At first, he absolutely loved it as its interactive and comes with smart Pen 9. As you put the pen to the globe it interacts with your and tells you all the information you need to know about the country. However we the sensory pen tip was really sensitive and it fell of, and it cannot be used anymore.

Faulty product.
The concept of the product is great.....if it works. I was able to get it to work for a short while and then it quit. Batteries were brand new so appears there is a flaw in the product. Very disappointing and will be returning it for a refund.
