These pillows are amazing! They are soft yet supportive, and I love that the filling can be adjusted to the perfect height. The cooling effect really makes a difference — I don’t wake up overheated anymore. I’ve noticed my neck feels much better in the morning, with less stiffness. Great pillows! One side is cool the other isn’t but is a bit softer. At first they are really thick, and that’s a hard compliment from me since 95% of the time I’d say it’s not fluffy enough. But you can take some out and make it the perfect fluff for you. Seems durable, very soft and comfortable. Color and fit is as described. Great value for $…

Very comfy pillow but if you have a pillow case on the cooling effect will be muffled. It’s very cool if you lay straight on the pillow without a case. The pillow comes very stuffed so I ended up taking most of the fluff out to be able to comfortably lay in it. Not a bad pillow at all but it works best without a pillow case but the filling is in its own case so you can still wash the outer cooling case.

I give it three stars for the pillow cover. I was looking to replace my cooling memory foam pillow that lost its cooling ability. It used to have a thin blue cooling layer which disintegrated with time. So I went on a hunt and found this pillow. This pillow has a cover that is cooling on one side and just a normal cover on the other side. I don't care for the memory foam bits that fill this pillow. I actually hated this pillow the first night I slept on it. But I realized I could remove the cooling pillow slip and put it on my own trusting pillow. Now I have the perfect pillow. The old memory foam pillow I love with new cooling cover. 😍😁

First off, let me say that these types of pillows are my go-to over the old polyester filled ones I used to buy. When you combine that and a cooling cover? Sold! With a price-point like this, it was an easy choice.When it arrived it was overstuffed and needed to have a little material removed. Easily done. Then I combined it and a bamboo fabric cooling case and it was the right mix of soft and puffy with good support. I was pleased with the quality of manufacture also, that some pillows I've tried have lacked and allowed stuffing to come out.Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised with these pillows and would recommend them to the My Pillow crowd.

I love that firmness/softness is adjustable and that it comes with 2! The filling is perfect. Double layered cases makes easy to wash outer case. cooling side is my favorite! So soft and comfortable!! High quality, would buy again.
