Known product, should not melt
Used to replace the big stores $.49 outlet of cheap quality that melted after 6 months. Circuit didnt even draw that much so I expecting this to hold out longer than I will be alive

Good receptacles for the price
Bought these to replace original outdoor receptacles which were not WR-rated for some reason (I guess building codes were different back when they were originally installed?). The quality is good for the price and they include all necessary screws (which appear to be more rust-resistant than the screws on non-WR outlets). These are tamper-resistant and it's actually a good feature to have even if you don't have kids - since the plug holes are covered there's less chance of dirt/bugs getting inside and worsening the contact area.
