Received it on 11/12/19 and started taking 4 capsules religiously every day since(2 in the morning/2 at night).I have struggled with hormonal acne and facial hair on the chin area. I finally got my period back after a couple weeks of use. I was previously using a more expensive brand and then I saw this one was cheaper and included folic acid, so I went for it. These work better for me than the previous ones I was using, so I think that folic acid really helps a lot. My hubby did notice a difference in my facial hair and told me it looks “lighter”. I don’t really pay attention to detail like he does, but I was happy to know it was making a difference for me. Although, the biggest change for me was it helped me with my mood swings and depression.
