Is this metal or foam?

Just received today and it's neither metal or foam, it is actually all plastic. Don't expect to be destroying any heartless with it, the handle/grip of the blade is removeable and shouldn't be swung very hard. Some of the accents on the blade need to be reattached but no major problems Overall I really like it and can't wait to display it.
