THIS IS NOT THE INSULATED VERSION - SELLER ERROR - BUYER BEWARE
This is a great Nathan product, but it is NOT the insulated version. This is inaccurately described by the seller. The insulated version costs another $6. Not sure it's worth it, but that said if it's advertised as insulated, then insulated it should be!Product Review: 5 STARS - Awesome product, Nathan have obviously worked hard on this.If you have VERY large hands (with sausage fingers) you might struggle to get this on, but for most it's a nice snug fit.The bottle (un-insulated!!) is great, it does not leak. Squeeze it to get a "quick shot".The pocket is a little too big in my opinion, you can't fit a (smart) phone in it but its huge for a gel or some money. It's only a 12oz flask so you are not going to be running more than 10 - 13 miles so you don't even need gels, so I think the pocket could be reduced in volume.Build quality feels great, should last a few summers.

Perfect running water bottle
Pros: Love this for my daily runs and walks. My hand easily slides through the strap which fits perfectly on my palm. You don’t have to hold on to it like a regular water bottle. Its not too large and the cap does not leak. I barely notice it while running. Its just the right size for runs up to 6 miles, and once the pandemic is over and you can safely refill at water fountains, its perfect for longer distances too. The handy zip pouch stores my Gu gels, but could also hold your keys, driver’s license and credit cards. Its much better than the larger models which are too cumbersome to carry while running.Cons: none.

Ergonomic, durable, and easy-to-clean
I’ve been using a pair of these for my daily 10k (~6 miles) when the weather gets hot (>80F), and have found them to be quite a bit nicer than the superficially similar-appearing (now discontinued) CamelBack running water-bottles I was using—mostly because the way they hook onto my thumbs eliminates any need to maintain a grip on them—so I can relax my hands a bit. Because they actually rest centered on the base of my palm, I’m also able to operate a running stroller while wearing one on each hand as well—so I don’t have to stash one in my daughters lap when she comes along :-).

You're better off going to a vending machine and getting a plastic bottle out of there
I won't lie. When I first got this product, I really wanted to like to. I really, really wanted to like it. Not only is it one of the only running bottles on the market that has a comfortable feel in the hand but it's also not too overly bulky. However, I CANNOT understand how this company and product fails so spectacularly to accomplish its main selling point of being a water bottle. A. WATER. BOTTLE. Not only does the lid not close properly, it also leaks continuously! An utter disgrace, and completely not worth the $30. You're better off going to vending machine and getting a $1 plastic bottle instead.

It leaks! But is otherwise great.
It is nicely designed but it leaks, the hold and comfort are very nice. I am using it anyway. A wet hand while running is not a big deal.

Great bottle
This bottle must be the most comfortable way to carry water while running. Doesn't bother or feel heavy at all. As a 5k runner, this size is enough for me. Also this bottle doesn't leak unlike the insulated ones.

Not for runners
This is such a disappointment. The plastic is too rigid coupled with the dysfunctional mouthpiece makes it near impossible to easily take a swig. The mesh is too small so difficult to hold without cutting off the circulation in your hand. Don’t waste your money.

Perfect size
Perfect size, easy to hold. Wish the pocket was a little bigger though for the longer runs.
