NatureMade 100% Vegetarian Omega-3 Softgels

I was a bit worried after reading the comments of other buyers related to the fishy aftertaste. There were many advises to avoid that aftertaste such as to keep the vitamin in the refrigerator, or to take it in a particular order with other vitamins. I didn't do anything special, and I never experienced any problems. It is easy to take, and - absolutely no fishy aftertaste. So I am very happy with it!

I don't know how effective these are but they have no aftertaste or bad digestive side effects.

Has carrageenan

It say new on the label,but exp date is Apr 01 2016 and no production date.

product is not overly smelly and i have *never* burped any up after taking, so i'd call it a success!i like that it's vegetarian, too. in fact, i wouldn't buy it otherwise. i'm planning to purchase more now that i've finished my 1st bottle.but it does contain the controversial. ingredient carageenan, which is difficult for vegetarians to escape, as it often subs for gelatin...so that's something to consider.

I can't find this vegetarian brand in stores near me. I like these much better than the fish oil type. No aftertaste or burping.

I'm actually not sure but I think that my memory has improved since I started taking this product. It's great that there something like this for vegans.
