Perfect for travel along with iPhone 6s, apple HDMI adaptor and hotel HDTV
Purchased for iPhone 6S use when traveling. Most hotels I've stayed at allow access to their HDMI connections on the HDTV. Excellent quality, exceptionally slim cable with very small HDMI connector bodies is perfect for travel; small, light and because the protective nylon braided cable sleeve is stiff, it will not tangle. Works perfectly with my iPhone & apple's lightning to HDMI adapter in several HDTV sets I tried. IMHO this product is a very good value for the price given the high quality and small size. I am assuming that the aluminum connectors, sizable strain reliefs and protective nylon braid will stand up very well over time... if not, my past experience with Monoprice customer service has been excellent. Note that no special app was needed on the iPhone, I plugged in the apple adapter, then the adapter to this one-way orientation cable (TV end of cable must plug into TV) and the screen was instantly mirrored. Apps such as Netflix, videos, etc. showed up on the HDTV automatically when opened and all resulted in very good TV images. Lightning Digital AV Adapter for iPhone 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6 Plus / iPad Retina Display, mini, mini 2, mini 3, Air, Air 2 / iPod touch 5th Generation, 6th Generation I purchased this 10 foot cable from Amazon at full price and I am not in any way connected to Monoprice.

4K 60hz? Maybe.
I have purchased several of these cables and have been pleased. They are thin, and easy to route. The problem is they can't always do 2160p @ 60hz. I have a 10' monoprice redmere cable which can do 4k @ 60hz but only if connected directly to the television set. However, when they are connected to my Onkyo A/V receiver they are unable to achieve 60hz. I have experienced this with the 10' cables, and the 3' cables. I believe this may be due to a general compatibility problem, or possibly inconsistent quaility. Like a reviewer beneath me, I purchased a kabeldirekt hdmi cable and it worked perfectly. My advice, don't waste your money if you want a 2160p 60hz cable.

Worth Every Penny
I like these because they are more flexible for tight spaces. They come in different colors making it easier to connect and disconnect the correct source. I think they are fantastic and work great. No problems and I highly recommend.

HDMI cables don't need to be fat to be good!
My previous HDMI cable was an AmazonBasics "braided" cable. It's built like a tank and worked flawlessly in terms of signal.I'm a musician, working a lot with analogue cables, and have the mindset that fatter cables are just "better". The AmazonBasics cable is one of the fattest I've come across and I loved it.I'm also a computer technician, and know that build quality largely makes sod-all difference to digital signals; if you're getting audio and video from it, it's perfect.Unfortunately, the excellent build quality is its biggest flaw: too stiff, too heavy, and connectors that are too thick for some applications.I recently got an accessory for my Xbox 360 that plugs in directly above the HDMI port.. except it can't when using the AmazonBasics cable.A co-worker was praising the MonoPrice RedMere cables, saying how thin they were and no issues with connectivity.I looked into the Ultra Thin models and found nothing but great reviews (other than people not plugging them in correctly).Purchased it, tested it out: perfect fit alongside the other accessory. The connectors are similar to those found on Apple's black HDMI cables. The cable is braided but flexible and feels strong.I have no plans to go crazy and swap out all my other HDMI cables (after all, there's no difference in visual quality) but the MonoPrice RedMere Ultra Thins are at the top of my list of replacements for any that fail.

dead
Didn’t use it much but one day just didn’t work. I thought it was my devices at first because how can a cable go bad just plugged in at a desk but a different hdmi cable worked, so this one is dead for no reason.

Not quite 18Gbps cable !
Eventhough the package stated the cable will be able to pass signal up to 18gbps ,but it does NOT ! It does not work at 4k @60hz .at 1080p the cable is very good !

Who needs a $150 HDMI cable...these are better!
Let me start off by saying these are the best cables I've ever owned..period, end of story. I've switched every HDMI cable in my house to one of these (I have about 10 now). First off, the Redmere technology allows the cable to be so thin and light, that I can string it through virtually any cable management system. I can maneuver them any way I need and I don't have to worry about thick cables pulling at the HDMI port on my TV and causing it to come loose. The build quality is good and I've never worried if I had to handle one a little rough to get it where I needed it to go. I've also never had one cable fail in over 2 years of use.I have not noticed any loss of picture quality due to the Redemere technology, and I've used these on gaming systems, DVD players, Amazon Fire TVs, Apple TVs, etc. They support 3D, 4K, etc. without issue.Forget those expensive cables the big box stores try and sell you. You have all you need right here...try one and compare it to that $150 cable and I bet you won't be sending this one back.

Stopped working in less than 2 months - Do Not Buy This Cable
I purchased this 6ft 18Gbps HDMI cable from Monoprice on 7/10/2015. I liked it because it was very slim compare to other HDMI cables. I also liked the material of the cable. Unfortunately, it stopped working less than two months later on 9/4/2015. I feel very disappointed because this cable is priced much higher than other HDMI cables and I paid about $20. Now I have this dis-functioning, slim cable sitting on my desk. Such a waste. DO NOT BUY THIS. I would NOT recommend this product.

Okay if you have a good Amp/VHS
I haven't used this product at all.It is meant for a rainy day, as of now DLNA does the trick for marrying any device to my televisionA learning from this experience is that an other decent HDMI cable would do

Absolutely recommended!
The price quality ratio of these cables is simply incredible, it gets you 99% there in terms of real world performance without a significant outlay pricewise. If you're bothered by the 1% reminder, you can spend quite a bit more to get it but be warned, and your results might vary.Absolutely recommended!

My other 15 ft HDMI cable works just fine.
Unfortunately, there is no 0 stars. It just doesn't work. I tried different Laptops with no success. My other 15 ft HDMI cable works just fine.

Work great, but plug in the right direction!
These work great, but beware! At 15 feet, you have to plug in the HDMI in the correct "direction".One is written "source", which you'd plug into your PS3/4/PC/etc, and the other in your TV.
