Excellent for the Paleo die

These are definitely better than the cheapest sardines available (Beach Cliff, Chicken of the Sea). They are comparable to the King Oscar Boneless/Skinless (Moroccan). These are not nearly as good as King Oscar (Norwegian). The King Oscar Norwegian sardines available at my local chain grocer are fabulous. I prefer the "Mediterranean" style (olive oil, bell pepper, herbs de provence). If you want more than a can or two, buy them here as a 12-pack.
