The Changing Role of the American Prosecutor

While only reading the excerpt presented here, there was enough interest garnered to force me to look at who the contributing authors are. It is a solid group of academicians. I particularly like the JD,MA,Ph.D in anthropology. I disliked the fact that Atty. Hynes from Brooklyn, NY, is mentioned as an appointer to one of the contributors, but her community based drug treatment programs to re-orient convicted persons into drug treatment instead of jail for the non-violent offenders is quite good.
