Great addition to my workouts
I bought this to help me to get pull ups and chin ups back into my workout routines. As someone who let himself get out of shape over the years, doing an unassisted pull up was much more difficult than it used to be! I have been using this for a few months now and I am already back to doing some pull ups unassisted. I also use it as part of my triceps routine. From what I understand, this can also be used for other exercises, but I like to keep it attached to my pull up bar all the time. So for me, it is best suited for pull up assistance and triceps exercises. This type of resistance is good for adding definition rather that size, but that's exactly what I'm aiming for right now.Was very simple to attach to the pull up bar and it gives a great assist for the lower part of the exercise. Once you get to the top of the pull up, the band stops pushing up and it is all you at that point. I am very happy with the quality of this item. It arrized quickly and was in good condition. I will likely purchase more if I need them.

Thick, well made resistance band!
This is a great resistance band! Most of the ones I am used to are the ones you can generally get in the sets of three. They are incredibly thin and feel like they are about to snap! They are also hard to use sometimes because they tend to be shorter. This is not the case with these bands! This band was THICK and I had no fear of it snapping. It is also very long, both I and my husband could use it(5'7" and 6'3"). I am newer to working out and these were perfect for me. The weight was enough that I was feeling the burn for sure by the end of my reps! This is the perfect addition to my body weight workouts that I do and there are a bunch of resistance band workouts on youtube that this band is perfect for. I love that it is long enough and looped so I can use it for stretching and for working out. Doing curls is super easy, just step on the band and grab the loop with your hand and away you go! Perfect for when you are traveling or are in a place like an apartment and can't make noise with dumbbells. I think this is a great resistance band and I'm going to recommend it to all my friends that do workouts from home(especially all of my new mommy friends!). I also liked that it came with a storage bag, it fits perfectly on the shelf in my living room and looks unassuming.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Making the change to this bands.
I was a little confused when I received this product. The photo or product picture makes it seem like you should be receiving much more than I did. Once I verified my order was correct, I got down to using the band. I like the other product pics that amazon shows because it gives me some ideas how to use this. My favorite is the hamstrings stretch. I wish the company's web site would include some more ideas for use or a product use chart included with the band. I was impressed and surprised in the amount of resistance you can get with these. I have used the long elastic bands with the wide surface use but I can't tell you how much I prefer this thin sting band. There is less places this can pinch or pull you. Plus it seems like it is much stronger than the flat elastic bands. I can't wait to add the stronger bands to our exercise routine.

Quality Band
I bought this for my wife but have found myself using it is as well. My wife uses the red and orange ones all the time.I was quite surprised by the amount of resistance this red band, provides. I am still learning how to use these bands since most of my exercise comes from free and body weights. I see this as a definite positive addition to my exercise routines.This band is quite well made and should last quite a while. I'll review my post if it fails sooner than expected.
