Superior to typical nibs.
Five stars well earned!If you're familiar with cacao nibs, you have probably experienced the displeasure of biting into a papery skin left on cheaper products. It gets stuck in teeth and has an unpleasant texture.These are SO much better. The few bits I found were easily identified, which made using them so much more pleasant than previously used brands.The flavor is better than others as well. Not as many bloomed pieces, not too much bitterness.So far I just use them for oatmeal or cereal topping, granola, or snacking. I'm thinking smoothies next, since I can count on few or no papery bits.Definitely buying again!

It starts with the aroma that hits your nose when you open the bag, omg a chocolate lovers paradise. Perfect sprinkled on vanilla ice! I will be ordering more.

I was looking for something to add to my oatmeal for breakfast. These were horribly bitter and I couldn't use them.

Used the cacao nibs to brew an Imperial Stout after lightly roasting them in the oven. Perfect chocolate flavor. Good product.
