Easy on the stomach. I take these to help my PVC’s (heart palpitations). Once my heart starts booming, I can take this, and it helps my heart rate settle down and regulate. It also helps get me settled down and more ready to head to bed and sleep. Very calming.

My chiropractor recommended the three ingredients because I constantly get back knots. Found this bottle and gave it a try (I take two in the evening after dinner). I highly recommend this, it was recommended to me. I can't go into the pool or river without horrible cramping. I also get cramps when sleeping here and there. I do drink plenty of fluids and bananas. I think is just the age. Since I started taking this for 2 weeks, the cramps went away. I will not stop taking them ever.
