This is my first dehydrator and I love it! The temperature and time settings are easy to use and it has great space for the herbs I harvest! It has an automatic shut off which is also great! The only thing I didn’t like is the recipe book has nothing about drying herbs. I google to get info on time and temp to dry different herbs. But other than that - it’s great and I would highly recommend it!

Super impressed with this compact unit. We have an epileptic dog & I wanted to make him healthy treats. So far I’ve only done turkey & beef. Both have been given a two paws up vote from our dogs. There was a screw missing for the handle but so far customer service has been great. Not having a handle on hasn’t hindered use.

I just got my dehydrator so am doing the initial "disinfection" run the instructions recommend. It says on the label that all products are brand new and not to be concerned if yours doesn't have the protective film, but mine was missing the film and also had an extra screw that was already screwed into the handle, and a loose screw in the bag. So it makes me wonder if this was a returned product. I can't decide if the shelves are all slightly bent or if where they sit inside the dehydrator is slightly misaligned, but they don't sit flat. They wobble like the chair with one leg slightly shorter than the others. The smell while doing this "disinfection" run stinks to high heaven. But hopefully it will go away after this, as the label claims. Also, as others have mentioned, the outside of the dehydrator get really hot. Too hot to touch. I had to change where I planned to use it for fear of a fire risk. The buttons to adjust time and temp are super easy to use and I love the light inside. I will update my results after I attempt to actually dehydrate something.

Yes I love the stainless steel dehydrator. It is very well built. Very impressed with the built quality. Very easy to use. Keep up the good work!On a side note, it would be nice if the door can be easily taken out for soak cleaning. But I love the see thru door. Great product. Highly recommended.

I've used this several times now and it does what it's advertised to do. I have made chicken and beef jerky and also dehydrated some vegetables. The inside LED light stopped working after a month. It's not a big deal, but probably indicative of the overall low quality. It looks better in the picture. It's very lightweight and flimsy. The steel cabinet is starting to show corrosion. I wouldn't expect anything better from similar designs by other sellers.

This little unit works very well. The temperature can be set higher than most other dehydrators of this size. The digital controls are very easy to use and clear as to what has been set. So far I've used it about four times, and recommend this unit.

I just unwrapped the De-hydrator and it looks used!The door is peeling at the bottom & both sides.The top warning label Caution looks like it was burned. Very disappointing.I will be returning this product.

Seems to work well. It was smaller than I thought it would be. My biggest problem was it didn’t come with the handle. I contacted the company and told them. They asked me to send some pictures to verify, which I did. Then they told me they would send it to me, but it has never arrived. It’s still usable, though a kind of annoying to get into it.
