HATCH Flight Tactical Glove with Nomex

I have long arms and have trouble finding warm clothes that cover my wrists when I extend my arms. I shoot clay targets year round, and extend my arms to do so. These gloves come in handy when I shoot over over snow and ice because they go way up my arms under long underwear top, or shirts, or jackets. No more freezing wrists. As they are nomex, the hot gas coming out the port on my autoloader doesn't bother them. I will get one size smaller next time, if these ever wear out - they're durable. There are warmer gloves, like those that contain thinsolate, but these flight gloves works well for me.

These aren't quite as warm as I'd hoped -- I'm still looking for a pair of gloves I can use for skydiving in cold weather. Not feeling your fingers when you hit the ground isn't fun. A better solution would probably be to not go skydiving in cold weather.That being said, these are very nice -- soft, grippy, and plenty warm for around here if you're not looking out the door of a plane at 12000 feet. They've actually become my everyday driving/winter-wearing-around gloves.

By no stretch of the imagination is the fabric on these gloves black. It is navy blue. So if, like me, you wanted black gloves to match black clothing, look elsewhere. Also the construction is poor. There is an inch of room at the end of the thumbs. Waste of 50 dollars. Should cost about $7.99.

We bought these gloves for our son for Christmas. He has finished flight school, and he told his dad he needed these gloves. My husband picked these, and our son loves them. He is happy with the quality and the fit. He is a tall guy and the gloves fit him comfortably. If he needs more, we will buy more!

I use these often and after owning them for a couple of months now I am ready to get a second pair just to keep in a go bag. The quality on these is evident in the heavy yet soft Nomex and the durable leather palms. I would buy these again and again.

Tag on the inside says made in Pakistan. Nice comfortable glove. Found no faults in the stitching. Happy with the purchase. Ok. I can't make a separate review for a the same product for the large sizing, so i will edit this posting.I ordered a pair of Hatch BNG190 Black, Large from amazon.com. The label on the inside says they were made in the Dominican Republic. Comparing the medium size to the large I found that the length of the large glove cuff to be 4cm to 5cm shorter than the medium glove. The stitching in the index finger in my opinion seems to be poor and overlaps the leather, creating a bumpy non smooth surface feel which is which feels like something is stuck an the end of both index fingers of each glove. I did send an email to Safariland customer care:Question: Hello I am curious as to why the Large size BNG190 gloves are shorter in length to the the medium size gloves?Answer: Steven, Yes, gauntlet length is standardized.
