(10) Pack of Assassin Snails Live for Aquarium Pond or Fish Tank

I received 22 snails in my 10 pak: that's seriously generous! Thank you! They were shipped quickly (Priority Mail) and I received them within four days. All were alive. After acclimating them to my tank water over several hours, I introduced them to my tank: dropping them onto a plastic tray for observation. Within an hour, all but TWO had crawled out of the tray and was vigorously exploring my tank.It is now the next day (over 24 hours) and the the TWO snails are still on the tray. Although they don't seem to be moving, they haven't pulled into their shell. Shipping trauma can cause snails to be in shock. This shock can last several days, so I'll have to keep an eye on them. That's why I place them on a observation tray.5 days later: All 22 snails have left the holding tray and are actively hunting. Can't wait till the pest snails (bladder and ramshorn) population comes under control.

I have been keeping fish for a long time. I had never had a snail explosion like I experience like I had just been through. YES! HAD. This morning I have been searching my tank for the bad snails. I can barely find any. It has been three days! Then I search for the assassin snails, I can't find them. So this is a win! Win! I don't like any snails. if the assassin can continue their work and stay hidden I am fine with that.

When I received the bumblebee snails, there was barely any water in a plastic bag tied (typical shipment with fish and cleanup crews) and I still placed them in my reef tank on my live rock, and none of them have survived. I have turbo snails, hermit crabs, a sea urchin and everything else in my tank has been alive for years.

I ordered 20 snails. I received 26 total but 12 were DOA and the other 14 looked like they had 1 foot in the grave.. I added the survivor's to my 75 gallon tank and thought the rest died but after a few months I started noticing them moving around.. they almost completely removed my invasive snail problem and they are so cool to watch them hunt

These came priority mail USPS. This company is located in California, so shipping was fast for me. Be advised if you’re on the east coast, it will take longer. Other reviews stated that they received instructions and a good number of extra snails, I didn’t. Well, I did get one extra. They were all alive, and after 15 minutes of temp acclimation placed in the aquarium. All of them started moving immediately.They were around 1/4 inch, I was hoping for a little bigger. They all seemed to be completely dark, but that looked to be stress from the bag. Once in the aquarium, the stripes showed. As you can see from the pics, I have a Malaysian Trumpet Snail infestation. I’ll have to do a follow up review, if the Assasin snails do their job.

Product arrived earlier then expected and just before the new year. Temps where in the 40's and usually have alot of trouble get any quality shipped because of the cold even with heat packs. An extra snail was shipped and all alive and well and extremely pleased with this order. Thanks for going the extra mile.

All if the snails arrived alive, the package was well done. The snails themselves... useless. They have not made a dent in the infestation. There are ten if them. Its been a week. As you can see they ignore the other snails. I'll try one more natural solution then I'll have to go with chemicals. Darn. I was so hopeful too.
