no charcoal-no fluid-great product
Well made product but you have to learn how to use it indoors - do not turn burner up to high it will smoke up your kitchen - I use almost every day and the food turns out well done and tender

It turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. I gave it to my church for their annual rummage sale.

cannot use indoors unless on small burner/lowest flame other wise too much smoke..this is long slow cooking folks
