Does this need to be refrigerated?

I couldn't find out online but have had mine in the fridge for 3 weeks since first use. Looks and tastes as if first opened.

Is this gluten free? Does it say ‘may contain wheat/gluten on the ingredients?

It says on the label contains wheat extract. There is no mention of if being gluten free.
