No job's too tough for LaCrosse's Overshoe. With its tall shaft, industrial zipper, and five-buckle system, this impervious rubber boot offers full protection and is a breeze to don over work boots. Reflective striping offers visibility in low light conditions, while a grip-ready outsole delivers sure-footed traction, so you can stay on your feet, on the job, and on target. Do one thing and do it right. For over a century, that’s what we’ve been doing — making the best rubber boots. Period. Boots that won’t let you down. Boots that know a thing or two about toughness, durability, and comfort. Whether for hunting, working, or tending the land upon which they tread, our boots give you the freedom to focus on what matters most to you. Because that’s what matters most to us

SIZING
I wish i knew how to answer questions on here because all the answers to "which size should i order" are all stupid except one. To clarify, i wear a size 12 sneaker so i took other customers idiotic advice and bought a size 13 boot. They were awfully huge. It makes sense being though a size 13 boot reads size 15 right on the inside tongue. My advice is buy the same size you wear because, by default, they are already 2 sizes larger. I finally ordered a size 12 boot for my already size 12 sneaker and they fit perfectly. No more flippity flopping boot toes. Don't make this mistake. You will only find yourself returning them.

Heavy but serve the purpose nicely.
This is a difficult review for me. To begin, my interest in these LaCrosse 14" boots is probably a little different than most. You see, I suffer terribly from cold feet.A long time ago (about 30 years) I used to wear a pull over boot (not buckle) and as I recall, never had cold feet. I made sure my shoes were dry before pulling those boots over my work boots and spent hours in near sub zero weather and I was always amazed at how my feet stayed warm. There is one drawback -- heavy work boots and heavy over-the -shoe boots adds up to pretty heavy combination. But, warm/dry feet in cold Vermont weather is my goal and I have to date tried so many different kinds of insulated boots, and still suffer with cold feet that I was desperate to once-and-for-all find a cure for my old, cold feet. After snow blowing my driveway this morning and waiting for the pain to subside from my warming feet (numb as usual) I was happy to see the mail man deliver these boots. I gave them a try about an hour after they arrived. I put my logger work boots on and pulled the LaCrosse boots over them. They were a little on the heavy side as I expected, and, back out into the cold I went. I started the snow blower and cleaned up the edges and driveway entrance and headed off to clean around the mail box and fire hydrant. With my feet warm and comfortable I set out to widen things out and cut new paths to the bird feeders and oil tank. I was really happy that my feet were warm and ready to take on more, but the test was over. I was satisfied that the boots over my shoes were a good warm combination. It must have something to do with the air space between the boot and the shoe -- I guess?? But I am convinced that this is the warmest combination and glad I bought them.

Sizing your overshoes
I read the many reviews of the product prior to receiving these. My size selection was based on what had been written by others who left their views of how they fit. The general consensus was to order 2 sizes larger than your regular work boots. I had to send that pair back to be swapped for the pair I now like which is 1 size larger than your normal boot size. Just to add, keep in mind that the shoes/ work boots I have inside these overshoes are large steel toed boots, so you may want to judge your size on TRUE leather work boots, not nylon hiking boots.

So-so
This product worked great for the first few weeks but after about a month I started to notice that my boots were wet when I took them out. The product starting tearing at the seams where the buckle apparatus is. I think the boots would be good for someone who doesn't require them for work, in that month I was working 14-16 hours a day 7 days a week (yes, not exaggerated, I work at a large grain facility and at harvest I'm putting in over 100 hours a week for 3 months straight).

Perfect product for riding on a scooter in heavy rain
Add Coleman rain suit (see my 5 stars review for the Coleman) and you got all you need and the bundle is under $100.This winter I am back home completely dry every single rainy day.I wear a heavy CAT boots with steel toe. The boot label says US7.5 (EUR 40.5) M. I have ordered 8M and the fit is exact. I would not try to order 7.5. I would say it is probably better to get 8.5If you are going to wear some regular shoes you can order the exact size or even a half size smaller and it will fit.I would not try it on a motorcycle - gears can be tricky because of all the flopping rubber. It is possible I guess if you really need it. The boot is cheaper than anything you can find in the motorcycle store and the quality is superb.

Bought these to wear towatch concrete pours
Bought these to wear to watch concrete pours, probably the harshest environment for pretty much anything. Over the course of pouring 20 floors of a highrise I did lose a buckle (no big deal) and I had to repair a cut from the end of a piece of rebar. I wore them over a pair of Red Wing logger boots, and they fit very well over them heel and all.

Nice boots
I needed a sturdy boot to wear over my work boots and these are perfect. I'm a building custodian and have to do snow removal and sidewalk salting ; these boots keep me dry and warm and I can easily remove them to continue working inside. Well worth it. I use a thin plastic bag over my boots to easily slip the LaCrosse boot on and off.

Order two sizes up from your work boots.
Do not make the mistake of ordering the same size as your work boots! Order two sizes up! I wish I would've known that the first time. It will be far too tight to get the heel of your work boots in these if you order the same size. Plus, the soles of my same size ThoroughGoods are actually longer that that of the overboots of the same size.
