Don’t think it was new
I really need this item because I’m learning how to cycle while clipping in. I’ve been falling a lot & need elbow protection. I ordered the wrong size, sent it back, ordered the new size but think the new size isn’t new. It looks different from the other size I ordered & seems like it was returned & sent out as new. At $40 I would expect more.
