I have a 50 pound bulldog/boxer mix with short hair. He's all muscle and gets really cold in the winter, sometimes shaking when he comes inside. I looked at several jackets and decided on this one and could not be happier!PROS:-Fits perfectly. My dog is short and stocky so it can be tough to find things that fit, but I followed their sizing and it worked great.-Easy to put on and take off. He doesn't mind wearing it.-Easy to clean. I can wipe it down easily (although I have not tried putting it in the washing machine yet).-Wonderful color. The green makes it easier to see him at night.The only con I can think of is that the bottom does retain a bit of wetness after he wears it for a bit from the snow, but this doesn't really bother me too much, especially since he is so low to the ground.I would highly recommend this product.

We got this for our 30 lb pitt/lab mix and we ordered a medium. It's a super cute jacket and seems to keep him really warm. I love it! However, I will say that his frame is not ideal for the shape of the jacket. He's a little too short length-wise for it and the arm holes just don't seem to sit flush with his body, perhaps because he is a little wide across the chest. However, I think probably almost all jackets would fit him this way because of his body shape, so I don't blame the company at all.He's been on a 20 mile hike (in one day), wearing the jacket almost the whole time, and experienced no chafing or discomfort that we could see, so the fact that it doesn't fit perfectly doesn't affect its performance at all. He now associates the jacket with going on a walk/hike, so every time we take it out, he's always excited to put it on! We also use a harness with him, so it is nice to have the zipper hole to attach a leash to the harness or just to allow some ventilation when he's off-leash. Also, the reflective patches are really awesome on it! I didn't think that was a big deal until we were hiking at night with him and it was always nice to see where he was very easily (especially considering he's a black dog).It would be nice to see a handle on it for helping him over rocks and such, but that would take away it's reversible quality, so I understand why they don't exist. However, we don't really use it on the gray side ever because then the velcro sits against his skin and we are concerned for chafing, so the reversible nature isn't really used by us. Another complaint is that you have to velcro both sides to put it on the dog. This makes it hard to make is symmetrically adjusted, though I'm not really sure how the design could be altered to help with this.Overall, I definitely recommend the jacket for cold weather; in my research, I didn't really find jacket that seemed as light weight and warm as this one, and it really is cute!

Pup likes it. It fits her well and keeps her covered parts warm in <0F, even with wind. It obviously can't do anything for the exposed bits, but that's understood. It goes on very easily with no extra unattached parts to lose or trying to figure out which direction the velcro goes. She doesn't mind that it goes over her head, but she was already used to harnesses doing the same. It seems sturdy and looks like it would clean off with just a wet rag if it gets muddy.

I wanted to love this jacket! It fits well, it's easy to put on and it's warm, BUT it is poorly constructed. After three short times being worn, it is literally falling apart. Such a bummer.

Updated:We bought a Small sized jacket, and it fits around our dog's chest much better (his chest measures about 21.5). He's got a long body, so the jacket comes up a little short - but it works out because he doesn't end up urinating on it when we're outside.Again, great quality jacket. We're going to try to tailor the Medium jacket to fit his body better as it was the perfect length.Original Review: Medium SizeWe bought a medium size for our 26 pound dog who is short but long (he's got to body of a slimmer corgi). It's slightly too big for him (around his body) so we plan to sew it so that it fits more snug. That said, the length is perfect. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the fabric and sewing. Our dog seems to really enjoy his new, sporty little jacket!

I was looking forward to this jacket for the doggo. I took her on her first camping trip. I really wanted her to stay warm so I brought this along with her wool sweater. First I like how it's cut. She's an American Bulldog mix. The large fir her perfectly, lengthwise and girthwise. If your dog is chubbier, have no fear, there's plenty of room adjustment. Second, I like how the collar is cut to allow for the collar to rotate around freely. The zipper slit is nice for seatbelt leashes. The synthetic loft is nice, but I would put much faith in having keep my girl warm anywhere under 30 (that why I brought her wool sweater along).The only real CON I have here is that the seams that keep the loft quartered off started unraveling upon her first time using it! WHY??? I wanted to like it so much. Her friend has had one for awhile...so perhaps it's a quality control issue?

My golden shepherd loves to wear her jacket in the negative temperatures we’ve been experiencing lately. We live in Alaska and she’s not quite used to the snow yet, so this helps her tremendously. My only wish is that the back piece were a little longer to cover her more. This is very lightweight and the quality is wonderful, not the typical cheap feeling material most pup puffer jackets are made of.

Look great at the beginning. Easy to get on. Then on day 3, the stitching around the neck hole tore. Our dog is not wild and is not a puller on the leash. Certainly not what I expected for the price. Disappointed.

I love Kurgo Loft Jackets for my dog. (He has three). Good quality, easy to put on (the velco is strong), and the extra zipper on the back allows for a harness under the jacket so the leash is pulling his neck.

El material es excelente, tiene cintas de velcro para ajustar el chaleco al ancho del perro. Solo se debe cuidar que de largo y cuello le quede bien. Las cintas de velcro se ven resistentes y no se abren durante el paseo.
