I mostly purchase the regular white sport tape. I thought they would be the same but was greatly disappointed. The adhesive does not hold for more than 15-30min. If the adhesive gets wet than it comes apart. I wouldn’t recommend if planning to use for a long period or doing anything sporty.

Not a good brand. Came of within a few hours. Worse after showering. I also had a reaction to the adhesive.

I am using a small piece of this on my elevens when I sleep to keep from frowning. It works good. I use it when I don’t use my Frownies.

Too wide

I live on a 3rd floor walk-up and every day go up and down over 100 stairs. Been doing this for ten years. My knees are suffering because of it and I use tape every. single. day. It helps a lot! But .. I probably have a dozen different tapes from different companies, and am always on the lookout for new good brands. Unfortunately, this did not meet the standards for me. I found this tape to be way too thin and flexible. I needed a double layer of tape plus extra strips just to feel like my knee was supported. I tape my knee in the X form, two pieces on each side and two top & bottom crossed over each other. To achieve the same support as with other brands, I needed NINE (9) pieces of this tape to work. It was too thin, too flexible, too sticky (stuck to itself while putting it on), and it just did not work for me. Nice colors, but maybe best for lighter injuries or use. Two stars for color and you get a decent amount in the roll.

Hey sports people! I do martial arts and the bottoms of my feet have been getting calluses, blood blisters, splitting, etc. since returning to my gym training regimen post-quarantine. I have found that normal athletic tape does not bond well to the skin and slides off if I apply pre-wrap since my feet are moving and pivoting so much. I thought hey, let's try Kinesiology tape - it comes in a one pack, the price is low-risk if it does not work out and IT COMES IN PINK! I am very happy to report that this tape, though not its intended use, WORKS 1,000 TIMES BETTER to protect my feet and stays in place through pivots, turns, footwork drills and so-on on my bare feet. The application is a little tricky since you need to measure out how much you want and I probably use a longer strip than you would normally in order to get a decent wrap (3 x) around the ball of my foot. This is more of a me problem in being careful to not let the adhesive side stick to itself while removing the protective paper, but I am very happy with using this product as athletic tape. 5 stars :)

The media could not be loaded.  Package came in a box with some other items. The box shows graphically what is in the box with a see through window showing the color of the tape. The tape is sealed with cellophane around the roll of tape. Cellophane was hard to get off without using scissors. The tape itself definitely sticky and really stretchy.Since I do not plan on using the tape until I need to.. I can not really comment on the effectiveness of the item.

This works pretty good compared to other tapes that I have. It has good adhesive and does not curl easily. Flexible and easy to apply onto my knees and shoulders. It's unfortunate that I need the tape but a pink tape is the new fashion accessory. :)
