Magnesium Sup!
Its a top level product. Easy to use and take. I take at night to relax and calm my nervous system. The price was very reseasonable for the quality and the quantity of the product.

This form of iron works good and doesn’t have any negative side effects for me. I take it just before bed and have found I even sleep better.

Big improvement on my iron levels
I've been using Ferrochel Iron Bisglycinate for a while now, and I wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my iron levels, which was my main goal in taking this supplement. It’s great to see those numbers rise! However, I did encounter some constipation as a side effect, which is something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to iron supplements. Despite this, I appreciate that Ferrochel is gentle on the stomach compared to many other iron products I've tried.Overall, if you're looking for an effective way to boost your iron levels, I would recommend giving Ferrochel a try. It’s a solid choice for those needing to improve their iron intake!

Low ferritin was the missing link doc’s overlooked. #mindblown
After long battles with ongoing health issues onset of horrible skin dermatitis, exhaustion... and the skin flare ups were very bad. After changing multiple doctors at Kaiser... being treated like I was crazy! I finally found a good primary care doc and referred to a new dermatologist—after being told there were no other treatment options. I was developing migraines. Honestly, poor care and Lack of treatment With Kaiser really stole 2 years of my life and it was my IRON?!! Just blows my mind.My ferritin levels were checked for the first time... after having multiple normal complete blood counts. My ferritin levels were at 8ng/ml with normal ranges per Kaisers measure to be 22-220ng/ml. I was definitely iron deficient...my energy felt like my mind had plans my body could not keep up with. I could sleep for hours and still feel exhausted and not rested. And truthfully, it impacted me professionally. The demands of my job and my inability to keep up honestly made me feel like I was crazy but in denial... I wasn’t lazy, and my best wasn’t good enough. Everything took so much out of me.After starting this particular supplement brand... I take one am/pm. I started taking it with 1,000 mg vitamin C, E-MergenC packets. I’ve noticed the absorption was much better. Given, iron can show up in stool when not fully absorbed. Taking higher dose of vitamin c has helped.June 2019, ferritin was 8, as of august 19’ it jumped up to 17. I’ll be requesting my levels to be checked again, soon. And will update. What I can say... my skin has healed, I haveny had any skin flares. I’m still struggling with Chelitis, peeling, inflammation in the corners of my mouth. But, the severity has lessened and is now only mild irritation.Energy is better! And seems to be improving... & no tummy issues.

Some improvement in my IDA.
My lab work indicated that it did improve my anemia, it did not improve it enough. I don’t know if it’s me or if it’s the brand. I did not have any problems with this brand and it was recommended by a family members endocrinologist. My hematologist seem to be indifferent as far as this brand goes.

Packaging changed but the supplement is just as effective.
For those concerned with the plastic packaging and the lighter colored pills: these used to come in brown glass but recently (within the last 6 ish months...maybe, I can't remember properly but it's been a little while) they changed to the black plastic. I now notice, after reading someone else's review, that they are a little lighter than the previous glass bottle's darker pills. But I have not seen any different in terms of the ease of digestion or the effectiveness of the iron. (I take 4 pills a day per my Dr, have for about 2 years now, I have a iron uptake and use problem due to previous long term use of PPI antacids). These didn't use to uset my stomach (even taking 4 pills at the same time) but after stopping for about a months and then taking all 4 again, I now have to space the pills apart during one day, 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening or else it gives me stomach cramps/light pain. Though I think that's cuz when I originally starting take this I was on 2 pills a day, then increased to 4 so maybe my tolerance built up). Anyway, ferrous iron is the most digestible and easily used form of iron.
