The BEST flavor if you love chocolate
I can’t believe how good this chocolate flavor is!Last year I tried the chocolate flavor from LMNT and was not impressed at all.But when I came across this and read all the positive reviews I thought I would give it a shot and it is absolutely amazing!!I mix it with 24 oz of water and add some ice and that’s it! It tastes like cold chocolate milk, and so incredibly good. I don’t even need to add any milk or haven’t tried putting it in milk at all, it tastes great in just plain water. With LMNT, I felt like the flavor was weak and salty. But this Re-Lyte chocolate flavor is outstanding. Chocolatey enough where I don’t feel like I have to add more cocoa powder, just sweet enough and doesn’t taste salty at all, I actually had to check the ingredients to see if it has actual salt in it (which it does).I love chocolate and almost can’t believe they made a flavor that’s this good! Every morning I look forward to this one and am sad once I finish my drink and have to wait for the next day for another one.I have also tried watermelon lime, which is my close second favorite, also incredibly good, and lemon lime, which is a good basic but doesn’t excite me as much as the other two.Absolutely love these electrolytes, they have helped me drink so much more water, don’t make my stomach upset, and make me feel good.

Finally a superior electrolyte replenishment option!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Finally a superior electrolyte replenishment option! My family and I have used Redmond real salt for years. We love the fact that it is mined pure, with no additives or chemicals and minimal to no processing at all. Best of all, it is sourced, mined and shipped from right here in the USA (Utah to be exact). Redmond’s products are top notch with no fillers or unnecessary additives, and no chemicals or other harmful ingredients that many competitors add into their inferior products. This product blows typical electrolyte drinks out of the water and without any of the garbage. Sure, it tastes a bit like saltwater but for those of us who actually care what goes into our bodies and prefer a clean lifestyle, this is a very solid option.

It works. Game changer. Ridiculous markup.
Look guys, I usually scroll past gimmicky products like this right here. Electrolytes. The first ingredient is salt. NaCl. For $40?!Looking at the ingredients and packaging, this product should retail for $5 to $10. I think I'm being generous. So there's a shameless 400% to 800% markup on this which is ridiculous. Just saying it how I see it.Anyway I bought this out of desperation and I'm glad I did, because it works very well.I'm watching my carbs and weightlifting. Low carb makes me cramp in my legs and shoulders especially when I go really low carbs. Betaine (TMG) and creatine help but I still cramp from time to time and it's painful and embarrassing. Like, I'm squatting 250lbs when my right quad and glutes suddenly cramp up and I feel those stabbing pains. I have to stop, drop weights and crawl before I can limp back to my car. It's workout over for that day. No coffee, stretching, warmups, before, in between sets do help but not by much.I know electrolytes are important, I make my own with carefully measured Himalayan pink salt, magnesium glycinate, calcium citrate and potassium chloride all purchased right here from bulk supplements but somehow, they don't work all well as this product does. Maybe it's the coconut water powder that makes all the difference? Someday I'll figure it out. For now, two scoops in my half gallon water bottle and I'm set for the gym.The mango flavor is very nice and goes very well with my peach mango tea powder. Other lower priced competing products have synthetic vitamins - cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride etc inactive forms which mess with the active vitamins I pay good money for.Sweetened with stevia instead of sucralose so thank you for not killing my micro biome although monk fruit would have been better. So, subscribe and save I guess till nutricost or micro ingredients catch up.

Perfect for POTS
I have POTS and have to get in a ton of water and sodium each day. It calls for one scoop in 16-18oz but I can put it in 40oz and it doesn’t taste watered down. If you like a stronger flavor, two scoops in 40oz is perfect.I typically use a regular drink mix and a trioral to add sodium, but it changes the consistency of the water. This mix allows me to get in my fluid and sodium without having to compromise, and it’s sugar free too! I’ll definitely be trying other flavors to give myself some variety!

Cran Apple
One star off just because I don't like the flavor. $45 to try a new (to me) flavor and not like it is such a shame, but not completely a waste. Luckily I still have Mango left, which I love!! So I do one scoop of Mango and half scoop of Cran Apple (in 36oz of water). I drink this every day because I do water fasting for weight loss.Cran Apple isn't nasty, I just don't enjoy having to drink it (because I do HAVE to drink my electrolytes through the 72hr fasting days).I also bought the sampler pack after buying this flavor fail. So now I'll have an idea of what some of the other flavors are like before commiting. But so far, Mango is still the winner! It keeps 4 stars because I really do love Re-Lyte. I don't have headaches, hunger pangs, muscle cramps, or fatigue anymore because I'm making sure I have electrolytes in my system. When I used to do strictly water fasting for 72hrs, by 50 hours I'd feel weaker and my muscles wanted to cramp or lock. Re-Lyte (and supplements) help me fast comfortably. Seriously, it's a BREEZE. Highly recommend especially if fasting for weight loss, -not health benefits- go Unflavored for autophagy, insulin sensitivity, and cell regeneration of true fasting.
