I just had to un-clip the broken one and clip the new one on. no messing with wires.

Looks to be a factory GM switch
I used it on a boat with dual fuel tanks. There are no instructions with the item, but very easy to install and wire.

Great Replacement
Cheaper than auto parts stores and fast delivery. Works as it should. The old switch wouldn't properly switch the tanks and would stall out the truck. This new switch changes the tanks over without a hesitation.

not worth your time
I ordered this as a replacement switch for my 87 GMC Sierra, when I received the product it came in a box that said Genuine GM parts. After trying to install the product it wouldn’t fit into my connector. After closer examination there is a pin with a dimple on it, and it’s on the wrong pin. Either I got a defective part or they are mass producing the part that doesn’t even work.

Poor fitting spade connetor
One of the spade connectors had a manufactured dimple in it making it to wide to plug and play. Im going to shave it and try it. Nor really pleased but im on a deadline.

Switch is correct, surround not the same as original.

Prongs bent
GMoriginal box was good but fuel switch prongs were bent.Would return but not worth it. Already had to get part delivered to a family member's house in Saskatoon because we live 25 minutes out on a ranch. And won't deliver to our post office box which is in a rural post office outlet!
