I bought this item because I started having lower back pain a little over two weeks ago. I believe the source of my pain is working from home the last year and not getting up and moving around as much as I was used to when I was in the office coupled with very poor posture (my chiropractor calls it the praying mantis).I'm not going to claim that my pain has disappeared magically because it hasn't. That will require more visits to the chiropractor, better posture and some at-home exercises. However, I'm very happy with this purchase for multiple reasons:1) I like that I can tie this to my chair making it more stable/fixed than the rolled up towel that I had been trying prior to getting this. I can also move it up and down on the chair so that it hits me in the right spot in the back for my height.2) While my office chair is pretty decent, the back isn't adjustable and when I'm not doing the praying mantis I think I'm leaning too far back. With this pillow, it's forcing me to sit in an more upright posture which I think is more in line with proper ergonomics.3) Being memory foam, it's super comfortable to sit against unlike my rolled up towel which was hard and got uncomfortable at times.4) Good construction. The cover is nice quality and it looks nice. I think it should hold up well.5) Reasonably priced.

Initial Review: I have serious back problems. I researched the back pillows extensively, before I decided which to purchase. Luckily I found and decided on this one. It truly works. It is the right size for me (5' 10", 179 lbs). It fits me, is very firm, does not smell offensive, and does not stain clothes (as some complained about other back pillows). Also, the fabric is not a velour, and it should breath nicely when it gets warmer. Again, extremely satisfied.SIX MONTH UPDATE: The trick is to place the pillow correctly against your back -- the pillow should not touch and should rest ABOVE the seat part of your chair. Positioned correctly, this pillow is a savior !!! 100% pain-free sitting. I use it in the CAR, on the COUCH, sitting in BED, and with my OFFICE CHAIR. It goes with me on work trips and vacations. I just bought one for my spouse. I hope they never discontinue this pillow.

Accurate dimensions but was smaller than expected. Memory foam feels light to me but provides support and comfort while sitting in a recliner. Normal memory foam odor out of packaging that dissipates over a couple days. So far, so good

This lumber pillow is great for your car seat and it is easy to adjust and put on the seat. It stays in place and is a great support for your lumber region. I love it and would not drive without it.

Helps with low back support and posture but does not stay in place. I have to adjust it every time I get out of my seat.

Is very comfortable when used in the car. The only problem is if you have side airbags the straps that go around the seat go right over the airbag. I don't know if the force of the airbag will break the elastic or if the elastic would keep the airbag from deploying. I am going a new strap that would hang down from the headrest.

Yes, this support pillow was very helpful with severe back pain.

The pillow is ok, good finishings and materials. The only thing is that I purchased it for my Toyota RAV 4 driver seat and the pillow is not adecuated for this service. It would work very good for an office chair.
