TMS TSQ03SS(2SET)+Conn-Satin Modern Sliding Barn Wood Double Door Hardware Track Set 12' Stainless Steel

I am a custom woodworker and have installed several barndoors. This was my first purchase of a TMS barndoor product and it will be my last. I ordered the 12' sliding track system and the shipment only included one box and one 6' track. Called Amazon customer service and was told another would be sent next day since this was for a customer of mine, not personal use. Package was delivered 2 days later - making my customer unhappy with me because of the installation delay. This shipment included 2 boxes, a 6' track in each and corresponding hardware. When I tried to use the supplied connector plate, I discovered all of the connector holes at each end of the tracks had been completely drilled out smooth and oversized. Those holes should be small and threaded to accept the included M6-16 screws. Had to make a trip to the hardware store to find replacement screws and nuts to be able to use the system as I didn't have time to order another replacement. A replacement probably wouldn't have done me any good anyway because I checked the original shipment before returning and found that track was drilled the same way and the package had the same connector plate. Upon installation, I found another flaw with the tracks. The connector holes at the ends were not centered from top to bottom on the track. Had to remove 1 side and flip to make the tops align so the rollers would function smoothly. Save yourself time and trouble and choose another brand if this is the style you are looking for - there are others out there.

This is my second set of barn door hardware ordered from TMS. I had a contractor install this and it took a while to get it done and the poor quality wasn't obvious until it was already hung. The first set was wonderful, great quality, looks good it was for one door. On the second set it was two doors. I wanted the same hardware only longer 12 ft). What I got was completely different. Instead of the round bar it was flat and looks to be poorer quality. Since the size would tell you it is for at least one very large or two smaller doors, I would have thought there would be appropriate hardware for two doors. There were not enough stops in the package for two doors and there were no floor guides so the doors sway back and forth. Very unhappy with this product. I love barn doors and will probably do more but I will hesitate before using this vendor again.

Look great and work well. The only reason for not giving a 5 is it doesn't come with a bottom guide

We installed this in one of our bedrooms. We had 2 closets separated by a small nook (did have a built-in dresser there which we removed). We wanted a more streamlined look. This product was easy to install and looks great with the doors my husband built to cover the closet areas. The room is used primarily as an office now, and the sliding system makes the room look more like an office, less like a bedroom.

Very good value, good-looking& sturdy.

Worked perfectly for our oversized barn door. Would order again.
