Sounds good, is reliable, and can make voice activated calls
One reviewer said this product did not allow voice activated calls. It does if you have an iPhone and turn on Siri.It picks up your voice so that you can tell the phone, via Siri, to make calls if the called number has a name associated with it in your Contact list.A simple set up: stick the device in your ear and hold the button in for about 7 seconds and it will beep with an upward end tone. Make sure your phone has bluetooth turned on first so that it makes the association. Turn on Siri voice command in iPhone Settings.Follow the instructions on your phone prompt so that it recognizes your voice. After that, you and Siri are set for years. To make the call, it's the same old Siri procedure: "Hey Siri." Siri will ask what you want."Call Bill Smith." Siri will then place the call according to the number you have for Bill Smith in your phone's contact list. To hang up, click the earpiece button once. To recall Bill Smith (or the last number you've called) give the earpiece button a single, quick click. This is a simple device but reliable. It is also fragile. I carry mine in a pill bottle when not using it. I've had it for several years and it still works like new. Good volume in and out. When you're through using it for the day, to turn the device off, hold the earpiece button in for 7 seconds and it will beep with a downward tone at the end. It saves battery life that way. There is a volume control on the device which can be controlled there or on the phone. Both places give the same result.

Not New?
I've had this Bluetooth before (I got at a store) but my dog chewed it up which is why I needed another one. I didn't realize that this was used when I purchased but either this one was a fluke or it was damaged. It never charged. Gave 2 stars for easy return.

Great value though
Works well, volume is not very loud. Only works for phone calls. Doesn't play media from phone. Great value though.

Meh....very simple, no voice function, battery lasts less than 4hrs.....
You get what you pay for with this ear piece. If you just need a bluetooth to listen to or take calls, this is basically that. I was surprised it had no voice function at all, I still need to pick up my phone to call out. One plus, my Map App through iPhone6 talks to me...but Google Maps doesn't for some reason. It also says there's a downtime vs. usage, but really my piece is either OFF OR ON. I've had it for over a month now, and I noticed even when I'm not talking to someone, my battery is eaten up.I've also had a lot of folks tell me I sound 'muffled', so since I work from home, I find myself turning off my ear piece to go to speaker a lot. :-\If you drive a lot, need to move around without having to pick up your phone or take important calls, just bite the bullet like I did and buy a Plantronic or something similar that has voice dial and better sound. It's worth it in the end....I gave this one to the teenage drivers next door.
