This Nature Made multi vitamin formula for women over 50 is wonderful! It is independently tested for accuracy! A lot of vitamin brands ARE NOT! I had been deficient in some nutrients and after taking this supplement I was healthier and much happier! And my tests for the appropriate nutrients were met!

These vitamins are the best!! I've tried several other name brands and either got no results after long term use or I couldn't take because they made me nauseous!
