This is a fantastic product, I wish I started purchasing sooner!(First bought from a shop, now I get them on Amazon Subscribe & Save).Really great, extremely nutritional powder that I, personally, use in my daily smoothies in addition to many fresh + frozen fruits, veg, mixed nuts, mixed seeds, powdered milk, almond milk (or water), dried exotic fruits, honey, Manuka, ice etc...It tastes divine and is exceptionally creamy & consistent!I absolutely love this product and use it religiously, every single day and I feel so much better since doing so!..I always opt for the vanilla flavours when it comes to powders as they are more balanced in terms of versatility and I never get 'bored' of the taste like I have chocolate + strawberry - it seems to be the best, yet they only sell the other flavours in the giant tubs?.. Usually, it is the other way around...Besides that, I have found that they last a lot longer when used in addition to other ingredients & powders (including protein powders) as I was going through the largest vanilla tubs in a matter of 2-3 weeks (one point I was addicted to the taste, I only used this and went through a tub in a week, twice!!). . .This is genuinely considerably 'filling', staving off unnecessary/unhealthy snacking more effectively than other brands and I feel much healthier now I plan my meals around this as my main meal (in a large smoothie) - it also is an excellent pre + post-workout drink!Highly effective and extremely nutritious, so much goodness that the body subconsciously craves for, yet we do not entirely provide... well, now, with the help of this powder, you can fuel your body with the vital enrichment & nourishment it requires and you will seriously feel the difference! Your mood and aura will return to a more natural balance and you will feel better within yourself exuding more positive energy.I like how easy it is to prepare, whether it be in a drink or a smoothie (or cereal) - you can mix it well with just a fork, shake it in a bottle or blend it - it is simple to handle; a fine powder, no clumps.The amount of portions per tub is, to me a little low, but honestly, it is not bad at all really... It is not expensive anyway and it works out better to have multiple tubs to retain freshness over long periods of time; so the size 'is' justifiable & viable - it will suffice!I definitely recommend this product to anyone, regardless of their situation or intended use!I have used it in cooking, cereals, meal prep, smoothies, drinks, etc... It is highly versatile and can be used whether you need it for an eating disorder, exercise supplement or general use - it is an amazing product with a plethora of health benefits from a myriad of vitamins, minerals, many nutrients!! A must-have!!!

Tastes good, that's the most important thing. I use multiple different milks (plant and cow based) and all of them work fine without any taste issues. The new style tubs are much better to use (screw cap), and just as easy to remove the seal. 250ml of milk does seem not much, however it does leave me feeling like I've had a full meal if I sip it slowly over the course of a lunch break. I do feel full. It's super easy to make. 2 scoops, add the milk. Shake/blend. Serve. Also, 16 servings is great value for the price at time of order, with even more to be saved via subscription. I will buy again for sure, and other flavours.

Received well packaged. I’ve had these before, don’t quite fill me up but the flavours are lovely. I make them with Almond milk, sugar free and they are so much thicker, I put milk to 300 ml and this fills me up more, still thick and tasty, don’t put extra powder in. Enjoy and good luck

I have been using Slimfast for a couple of days now. The flavour is nice, maybe a little on the sickly sweet. It is easy to use and seems to keep hunger at bay between meals, so that is good. My one concern and it is a real concern, that may prevent me from repurchasing this product is as follows. Slimfast state that no added sugar, but, the nutritional info states 21g of sugars! This is about 5 teaspoons of sugar (Wow). There is no cane sugar added, but, The second ingredient listed is Maltodextrin. Maltodextrin will most likely spike your blood glucose levels, along with Insulin levels higher than table sugar. I strongly suspect that around 30% to 40% of the calories come from this highly processed worse than sugar equivalent.This is in no way a balance meal, and I think labelling the product with no added sugar is playing with words and misleading and could damage some peoples health if used long term.I will use up what I have and look for a more healthy option.Dear reader, don't take my word for it, just look at the nutrition stats on the carton, then google Maltodextrin. I might add Slimfast don't state how much Maltodextrin they have added, but I suspect it accounts for the majority of the sugar they state in the nutritional list.Hope this helps you, dear reader to make an informed choice.FURTHER THOUGHTS AND BALANCE- Have now been using Slimfast Powder/Shakes for 4 days now and I have found that it satiates me for 3/4 hours, which means I can easy go 5 hours without eating anything; this is a big plus for me. I use full fat milk and top up with water to 400ml; This I think will lower the Glycaemic Markers, lessening the effects of any insulin spikes because of the extra fat in the milk. Of course this adds extra calories, but because I have a more substantial shake, I don't need any snacks, but I do take a piece of fruit. The tweaked Shake still has a nice consistency because of the whole milk, and I find it takes the edge of, what I find, that excess sweetness.When I look at the cost of this product and the initial positive effects it is having on me and my tweaking of the recipe, I felt I had to be balanced in my review, and so this update.I have ordered some meal replacements from Protein Works, and when they arrive, I will reduce to one shake a day to reduce the amount of simple sugars I am consuming daily with two of these shakes. I will add that PWs also do their own version of powder shake, but it contains a lot less sugars than SF, although about double the price per shake. I may yet go for this when I run out of SF.I must say, since cutting out snacking on junk i.e. cakes, biscuits, pasties, sausage rolls, etc, and eating more fruit and veg, I feel so much better (more energy) and less brain fog.With regard to weight loss, it is much too early to review that, but I think the law of cause and effect will bring about a positive change in this area.Slimfast has helped me to break bad habits and replace them with good ones and so, I have added a star to my review. I will update on weight loss in due course; for the record my start weight was 111.5 kg at just over 6ft tall., my target is 90kg with staged targets of 106kg then 100kg, 95kg, and finally 90kg.I am aiming for end of January 2024 to reach my target (God willing).I am nearly 64yrs old and tired of feeling tired, which I put down to my lousy diet and life style, which is preventing me from doing the thing which I loved to do, and want to go back to, which go for nice long walks. I am blessed to be still in good health, so change is well overdue. Time to get off my big fat arse and take responsibility for the garbage I have been shovelling down my throat day after day and the bad habits connected with it. If Slimfast can contribute to this turnaround, then it can't be that bad.Hope, dear reader this little ramble will be useful to you.Watch this space

Pleasantly surprised at just how good it tasted. I half expected it to taste chalky and not that nice but it actually is easy to drink.I decided to give this one ago after almost being completely put off of shakes thanks to Huel (tried serval of Huels shake bottles and they were disgusting) but this shake was nice and the price is good compared to some other options out there

Easy to use as has a little plastic measuring scoop inside the tub. Good seal lid when not used & easy to store. Nice flavour & happy with this product which seems to be helping with my weight loss.

Lovely big tub. Easy to mix, no powdery lumps. Very disappointed with the flavour, as it tastes nothing like chocolate.

PRODUCT ARRIVED QUICKLY. COFFEE IS THE BEST FOR FLAVOR AND IT HELPS ME LOSE WEIGHT.
