Can you see the rings of Saturn with this scope?

with a 9mm eye piece and a 2x Barlow? Yes. It will look like one ring but you will tell. If your looking for detailed rings not even close. M5 and M13 clusters look amazing in this scope. Good Luck!

Does it attach to its mount with a Vixen type mounting bracket, that can also attach to a tripod?

I don't know what a Vixen type mounting bracket is. However, the Lightbridge has its own tabletop mount but has no 1/4"-20tpi threads on the mount, so there is no convenient way to attach it to a camera tripod. I wish it did.

Is this 130mm a newtonian style scope?

It's Dobsonian - The optical part of the telescope or OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) is the same as a Newtonian reflector telescope from what I have read.

What can be seen from this telescope? If the Jupiter moons, clusters,nebulas are visible?

You can see jupitar moons and orion nebula with this telescope. It can also see galaxies such as M51, M83 and andromeda if you use it with your phone and imaging app like spiralCam. I know as i have tried it with the smaller meade mini 114.
