Dental hygienist grade
Don’t expect a lot of minty flavor from this, but do expect it to be effective and not too pricey. I use it as a way to help my gum disease from getting worse due to buildup of tartar and plaque. I use this in conjunction with a tooth polisher device that is similar to the one a dentist uses. It’s very effective. It’s gets all the schmutz from below the gum and with regular use in combination with good oral hygiene it’s helped with preventing tooth decay. It’s got a funny texture if you aren’t aware that it’s a dental hygiene product, and not for fresh breath. It’s just as easy to use as toothpaste and the color is similar to a forest green, but it’s a bit different in every one.

I like it.
It's a good product and I'm currently using it at an attempt to whiten my stained teeth. It does not burn gums as others suggested. I use a little on the brush, 2 to 4 minutes, then brush with normal Aim toothpaste. I recommend it.

This removed all of my visible coffee stains
Removed all of my coffee stains on my teeth that I was able to access with the polisher. I do want to mention that I did use 1/2 of the cup and took me about 15-20 minutes while giving more pressure to highly stained areas. I’m a daily coffee drinker and my dentist always tell me that I have lots of coffee stain.

Good, but don't expect dramatic whitening.
The texture was very weird- very, very dry, almost crumbly. Had a difficult time getting it on my Spinbrush. It kinds makes your mouth a little green, but the coloring did not last. I wIsh it had a texture more like toothpaste. Taste was reasonable. (I guess I expected a much stronger mint flavor.) It did make the back of my front teeth much cleaner and smoother. Got rid of a lot of the tartar around the gumline. Did NOT whiten my teeth, or at least not so that I would notice it. I'll stick with Crest Whitestrips or bleaching toothpaste to get my teeth whiter. But overall, made my teeth feel cleaner.Very bad packaging. I questioned if it was from a legitimate company. Arrived in a small plastic bag with no information. No brand name, no company name, no ingredient list. It really looked like something a drug dealer would sell in the back of an alley.

Works Great!
This review is for Mint Flavored Professional Strength Tooth Polish - Medium, Coarse, or X-Coarse (X-Coarse Grit). Good thick paste. I used this with my electric tooth polisher and it really did clean out the coffee and tea stains on my teeth. The mint flavor is sort of mild to me but I was more interested in the grittiness and not necessarily the flavor. I had ordered X-Coarse in Mint flavor and Medium in bubblegum flavor but they both seemed about the same to me. What matters is to not go overboard when using these so as to not damage the tooth enamel. There are 14 to a pack and one is sufficient per session. I fill the tip of my polish and work each section of my mouth separately until I get all sections done. The result was actually quite amazing! Overall, great professional strength tooth polish paste and it left my mouth feeling nice and clean as if I did just come from the dentist. I would recommend it and I’d give it a 5.0/5.0 - 06/24/2023.

Forget this. Baking powder works MUCH better!
I’m new to the tooth polish use, but beyond psyched to have finally found it since I have bonding on 4 front teeth, which cannot be whitened by teeth whiteners. And I drink English and chai tea daily! This dark green paste is NOT what dental hygienist use at a dentist cleaning. It’s a far cry from it. Their’s is more granulated and dry, this is like a jam consistency and has a few granular particles here and there. Tastes not great. Before I bought the wand I experimented trying to get tea stains off my bonding with a rough dental file which made their surface quite rough, irritating my inner lip in a couple days. Not clever, I know :). So I came across the polishing wand on amazon and I use this green stuff to try to smooth that out. It did a little, but wasn’t that porcelain polish a dentist gives.Lightbulb moment. I realized baking soda was a super fine polishing texture and totally safe on teeth.Sure enough, I dabbed my polishing wand in that and in seconds I had pearly white super soft glistening teeth again!Everyone has baking soda and it’s dirt cheap. I’ll never buy a paste again. Only downside, baking soda of course has no fluoride but who cares, your toothpaste does!

Just like going to the dentist. Great buy!
I clean my teeth with this paste about once a month. It does lighten/clean the teeth at least one shade lighter. I also purchased dental tools to scrap the tartar and so forth. This feels and tastes just like the paste that dentists use. When I visit the dentist for a cleaning the hygienist remarks how clean my teeth are. She's amazed. I don't tell her my secret though. : )) I figure it's better to clean the teeth well, floss daily than to have cavities. I'm going to buy two more packs today.
