Gross. Ineffective. Made me sick!
1. I got the Cotton Candy flavor and it was so so nasty. It's gritty. It didn't mix well. Ugh. Just gross.2. I felt no different afterwards. I am a dance fitness instructor who normally takes C4 right before a class and can feel it right off. I never felt the effects of this.3. VERY little product for the money.4. I took this in the evening each time I took it and the day after I was SO SICK. I thought maybe at first it was just a coincidence, but after not taking it and then going back to it with the same effects, it's just definitely the product!I do not recommend. Period.

Good product!
This is an interesting product, kind of a mix of energy booster and mild fat loss aid. It's moderate on all fronts, but I really found it to be perfect for afternoon or evening doses preworkout, when I don't want to slam 350mg caffeine and be up all night, and it stacks well with Strength Gainz, their creatine/endurance product. I'm not working out for weight loss or control, but I did notice some fat loss while taking this. I think it's a great way to maximize energy and fat loss without dealing with the issues high-dose caffeine products, or exotic-stimmed fat burners can bring. Taken over time, results would compound.

Tastes horrible
I thought I bought pre workout and was disappointed to see i ordered fat burner. But I figured I'd keep it and give it a try. The moment the drink touched my tongue I thought yum! And in an instant it was horrible. It tastes like a bunch of aspirin desloved in water with a hint of sweetness. Drinking it is really rough. Also it makes me feel physically sick. I tried drinking it a few times and I got lightheaded and just feel blah. I've never experienced that with a supplement before.

Don't waste your money
I read all the reviews on this product before I purchased. I was so excited to get it but boy what a let down. I got the cotton candy.... I can't stand the smell or the taste. It's like eating chalk that is bitter. So far I don't really notice a difference after using it once I'm finally able to drink it and haven't thrown up. I know a lot of things in the workout world doesn't taste good. I have tolerated a lot of the work out stuff but this has to be one of the worst that I've had.

It's fine.
It's not a good stand alone taste, and is a bit too powerful to add to anything. Gets the job done but I'd probably try a different flavor next time.
