Petstages Deerhorn Dog Chew Toy – Durable Antler Alternative for Small Chewers, Made in USA, Small

This was recommended to me by a family members dog. My teething puppy is addicted to this! We had to order a back up! Durable and a favorite for this Doberman pup.

My dogs absolutely love these bones. They are the only bones that my dogs will chew.

Our dog LOVES this chew toy! She's part pug and part Queensland Heeler. Not sure which part is so adamant about chewing everything, but we've gone through a bunch of chew toys trying to find one that lasts more than a couple of days. This is it! She's worn off a couple of inches, but it's taken a few weeks. I love that she can't break off chunks if the antler bone and I don't have to worry about her chokong. This seems to kind of shred. Not sure how they do it, but it works for her. I was so impressed by the Deerhorn Antler Chew Alternative, I bought the largest one for my "granddog". He loves his too! If you have an aggressive chewer or just dog that loves to chew, get this for them. They'll love it!

My dogs love the Petstages Liver branch and Dog wood chew toys. They are pretty durable for our power chewers. I really wish Petstages still offered the chick-a-bone. Those were their favorite!We have large, heavy chewers. The liver branch can be noisy when being chewed. They are the large size so weigh a bit more than smaller ones and hit the floor with a noticed thud. The shape is great for dogs to hold and chew and the price is great and comparable to other toys less durable.

My dogs are obsessed with this antler chew—it’s by far their favorite toy and keeps them entertained for hours. However, I’ve noticed the plastic outer layer flakes off over time, which worries me. I’m concerned they might swallow sharp pieces or get them stuck in their throat. It’s great for strong chewers, but definitely needs supervision during use. I wish it were made from a safer, non-flaking material.

We've, normally, found this reformed deer antler exclusively at Farm and Fleet and our big girl (70 lbs) has chosen this over every other antler and chew bone, time and time again. This helped to crate train her as a puppy as she had anxiety issues.No more. Visiting dogs go straight for it over everything else. We, now, have a smaller girl (40 lbs) in the house and she, too, kept taking this over everything else and REALLY went to town on it. It was old and needed replacing anyway, so off to F & F we went. Nowhere to be found at any store or online. I was crushed until I thought to check Amazon and, there it was and, in different sizes (F & F only had one). I ordered one large and one medium. They were both in heaven the instant these came (see video). While I've submitted a lot of reviews, I've never posted a picture or video before, but simply had to with this. I recommended this and CBD calming dog chews, to my granddaughter, for crate training her 6 month old puppy (Same age as ours when we got her) who, also, suffers from anxiety in her crate. Please don't ever discontinue this product or I will be lost, for sure, and I will have a couple of very unhappy dogs. Bravo to Petstages on this one!
