AlpinaMen's Startimer Pilot Chronograph Swiss Quartz Watch, Sapphire Crystal, 42mm

First of all I really like the watch looks great. Feels good on the wrist. Band looks very nice, but is extremely stiff. Time should correct that. The reason I gave it only two stars is because the first one I received was not working. Probably had a dead battery, but I didn’t want to spend the money to find out. It was advertised as new and clearly wasn’t new looked like it had been returned.I purchased another one, and just received it again with a dead battery. Also, the day marker is not working. It also had no manual or papers. The plastic bag it came in had been taped shut. It clearly had been returned as well.It will be returned tomorrow. Disappointed cause I really like the watch but the quality of the reseller is far too poor. I did read other reviews that some people received the same issues I had with dead batteries. This reseller shouldn’t even be on Amazon it’s a shame.

I have purchased this Alpina watch and it did not work, the only reason it received 3 stars was Because like the watch but I had to take it and get a new Battery and all Alpina watches need to be resealed and pressurized, which cost $50 it’s not the first time I have purchased a Watch from Amazon and it needed a battery

My Alpina watch, which I bought last summer, periodically allows moisture to enter inside the glass, making it hard for me to read the time (until the condensation on the inside of the glass cover evaporates). I'm still hopeful that the manufacturer or seller will contact me to replace the watch, refund me the purchase price, or fix the watch (at no cost to me) as it is my understanding the watch is still under the manufacturer's warranty. I am disappointed. Thank you.
