Good for now...
Smaller than I expected and wasn’t the easiest to assemble and I don’t anticipate it lasting for years to come as it was more flimsy that I expected it to be...

Affordable
Fast shipping I received before the date given. It took two of us a totsl of 8 hours to out together. It should last a bit for the size kids I have for my child care but wouldnt recommend it for you if.youre looking to have something last for years through your child's growth.

Nightmare box for the delivery man and my husband
The box the set came in crumbled in our delivery mans truck, the box was super thin and fell apart. The manufacturers need to put the playsets in stronger boxes. I work for a swimming pool company and our motor and filter boxes are better than this companies. So, the delivery man and my husband had to take all the parts one by one to the backyard. Took my husband about 5 hours to set up, which seems about average time for these things. The swing set can’t hold a super amount of weight, so sorry parents and bigger kids. We will see how long the product last is. Hopefully more than 2 years.

One box shipment
I was surprised at the one box delivery, but it's all in there. Took about 10 man-hours for assembly. Planks are thin, but plenty of bolts to secure them together. The slide was not what I expected and gets very hot in the sun. Needs to be staked into ground, otherwise it moves quite a bit. We switched out the monkey bar handle with a toddler swing. 5 year old and a 2 year old are enjoying it plenty!

It takes a long time to put together but it's worth it
A truck driver brought this to me. He said he just got 1 of these and it took 10 hours to put together. He was exactly right. It took 10 hours. When I got it the driver helped me carry it to my garage too. I really appreciated that too.

Cheap lumber
This thing is as flimsy as it can be to support a 28-lb child. There's a couple things that I'll probably end up doing to further support this as my shell gets heavier. The wood was very crappy, not what I would call high quality construction wood. there is an how to app to follow installation which was helpful, however I found that it was inconsistent with the written directions. It led to some initial confusion but common sense prevailed and I was able to figure it out. When is all said and done I'm happy to have a place for my child to play during quarantine but I probably wouldn't buy this again

Scale is not as expected.
I waS very disappointed with the over all size of the item. The quality of the wood seems substandard. For the price i expected more and better quality

Wood is Crap
I have 4 grandchildren that are from 8 to 3 in age and they have destroyed this already the wood is cheap and splits the screws have backed out too many times to tell you from the kids swinging on the swings. I guess if you dont let your kids swing it will last longer, oh wait it's a swing LOL. I have replaced the cheap wood with 2x4's to sturdy it up. This is not meant to last unless you buy it for a toddler. Very Disappointed.

Good product, paid higher than usual price, hardware/parts issues
This product is fine but I paid $950 which is way more than what I think it usually goes for because of the current pandemic. I'm guessing a lot of parents are buying these outdoor playsets for their back gardens given that all public plaugrounds are closed. Moreso than the price though this item was missing hardware. Some important screws and washers were missing from the pack. Also there were holes on wood pieces that simply didn't line up if you followed the instructions correctly. This was particularly the case with building the canopy/platform that kids go on before going down the slide. So there was a lot of drilling my own holes and filling in holes that were already there with wood putty/glue. It was back breaking. Also this is absolutley a 2 man job because you need someone to hold things up 4 you. If you don't have anyone to help you then building this is a mission. All in all a fine product but I had issues with the particular flatback pack I was sent.
