I purchased this CELLBELL office chair for ₹2900, and overall, I'm really satisfied with the quality and comfort it offers at this price point. The chair has a sleek design and decent build, making it a great fit for a home office or casual work setup.The seat cushion is comfortable for long sitting hours, and the back support is quite ergonomic for this budget. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take much time.One small improvement I’d suggest is for the armrests—they’re functional but could be a bit sturdier or better padded for extended use.

I got the chair on 18th july - it's 19th August when i am writing this review after a month use.after reading 100s of reviews. i also knew i would run into same issue where the backrest does not have aligned bolt holes. so instead of putting pressure on it and risk it to break. i did the next best thing.when you receive the package, armrest are bolted to base cushions.(check the packaging 4th pic). So i dis-assembled armrest from the base cushion(pic 1) using same allen key. then added armrest to backrest first then assembled armrest to base cushion. REASON FOR THAT IS, the base cushion or seat has adjustment space for bolt. and it is easier to press armrest while keeping the chair on it's side and try to fit the bolt.BASICALLY, the assembly instruction is WRONG. they should have mentioned in instruction manual or while packaging they should have kept armrest separated from base cushion.now that i have explained how you can assemble without breaking it.lets talk about review.sturdiness: NO, it wiggles side way if seat is at the highest height.back support: good enoughsmooth wheels: they are not smooth but that's a good thing. i don't want too much free wheels where even a small nudge would push the chair on the opposite direction.Finish: it's just plastic and it doesn't feel premium at all so don't expect anything fancy. add 500-1000 and you can get much better chair.Mesh on the backrest is nice but i would suggest to buy cover because if you are someone sweaty, it will absorb like sponge.value for money: i would say YES, MAY BE if you are just looking for chair with nothing special. this is a chair for simple use.would i recommend this chair? NObecause of 3 reasons.#1 the hycraulic cylinder is sipping gas. for every 20 times that i sit on chair. there is 1 time that base of the chair sips or sinks down. not too much but merely 1cm or even half but i can feel it. that happens when it a fault gas lift. or a cheap gas lift is used.#2 i did not removed the plastics from wheels' legs because it already has scratches and i don't want new chair to give me old chair look. yes, the chair had scratches when i received the package. check pic 2.#3 if you are heavy weight person like above 80kg+ it doesn't have much room to sit. i am a skinny 56kg guy so i can even sit with legs folded. but my dad on other hand was disappoint because he is 81kg and he liked the chair but he can't sit comfortably. so if you are someone heavy, look for chair that is wider and longer. this chair is absolutely not for you.it says it can handle heavy weight but when my dad sat on it since then the gas sipping issue had started. and he sat on it very gently when he did so there wasn't much hard force down on cylinder either.so for this 3 reasons i have removed 3 stars from review.Final verdict: BUY IT if you are looking for just chair. if you are looking for something slight more stylish and more comfort. for or anything else.

I bought 2 pieces of CELLBELL Desire C104 chairs. The chairs, provides great value for money with good comfort and back support. The mesh back is firm and provides excellent posture support, making it comfortable for long hours of sitting.The only challenge I faced was during installation of the back support it’s quite rigid and stiff (which is good for support), but that also makes it hard to align and fix into the correct position. Apart from this, everything else can be assembled easily.The good thing is, this chair can be assembled by a single person using just the Allen key provided in the box. Overall, a solid purchase for comfort and support once set up.

The chair is good in terms of quality and value for money. It was easy to assemble. There aren’t any major issues yet.

I don't know why other Users left this product a 5-star, but let me tell you, this chair is TRASH. Starting with the backrest- when you are fixing the backrest to the handrest, be ready to sit and fix this for another hour because the backrest won't align with the handrest ( where you attach the screws). Secondly, this chair is not worth 3000 INR. When you sit on the chair, it feels like you're going to fall. Any user who said this was an easy fix they are mistaken; it's not. As mentioned, the backrest won't align with the handrest, so the screws won't even go in.Update (9/08/25)Customer support from Cellbell reached out. Concluded that a technician is coming to re-fix the chair from scratch. Good start. As long as the chair gets fixed, the Cellbell C104 is a very budget-friendly, comfortable option, excluding the issues mentioned. Hope the issue gets resolved from Cellbell's side.

I have now used this chair for a year. Its a low cost work chair and I have used it for 50% work from home and have found no problem. When I bought it there was a problem with the wheels and it did not mive smoothly. On getting in touch with Cellbell via whatsapp they replaced the wheel base and has had no problem since.

Good quality , assembly is easy, only issue is if some one stretches and back of the chair rests on wall the chair leaves its black mark on the wall which cant be removed easily Chairs are value for money
