Q: Is the pouch inside scented? I’ve purchased similar masks and the beads were scented and they caused an allergic reaction.

Q: Can I stick it in the freezer?

Q: Type type of beads used

I have no idea, but when I burned one the beads were a perfectly round, pin head size. Not rice or beans,

Q: Should the whole mask (including the gray zippered cover with strap) be microwaved, or just the inner Therabead part?

Microwave the entire mask. I keep my microwave clean, but I still place the mask on a paper towel. Just 20 seconds in my 1200W microwave.
