What kind of magnesium is in this product?

I don't know what kind of magnesium is in Ocean Minerals. What I do know is that the taste was unbearable and I happily threw the bottles I had in the garbage! More importantly, after many years of trying numerous magnesium products, including flakes, capsules, sprays, liquids, I came to discover that the type of magnesium is critical. this product does not contain ALL trace minerals in is Magnesium dense with is the mineral which helps the body's healing and immune system it has 3% calcium and potassium as well as 40% electrolytes. It is harvested from the Ocean, and sells very well, It's a good product. Theres a supplement called Supermax mineral complex, it claims to have 72 minerals in addition to vitamin D, no Iron, is contains a shell fish components. I have not tried it. If you have not had a complete work up I would not dive right in to a complex supplement start slow and see how your system reacts. I am a massage therapist and personal trainer It works well for me and many of my clients. I have some that suffer from Fribromyalgia, Neuroapathy, multiple sclerosis, and many auto-immune diseases. A bottle is 8 ounces, and with 6 teaspoons in an ounce, a teaspoon a day would last 48 days or almost 7 weeks.
