How would you put these on the roll cage of a Jeep? I want to mount a mag light flashlight with these.

Try using a conduit hanger. That's what I use.

What size bolt and does it need to securely mount it?

The packaging says a #10 (or 3/16") bolt will hold it securely. That is what I used and it worked just fine to hold my full size axe. Be sure to use a flat washer and a locking washer or locking nut to ensure it stays secure.

Does this come with everything you need? Like the bracket that mounts on to the basket. I see them in pictures that people have on here.

No brackets only a screw to mount to a bracket. I made my own brackets,but used to mount an ax and hold up great.
