I have been using this for over 20 years daily. I’m 63 years old. Doctor says whatever you are doing keep doing it. When your gut works, everything else falls in line.

Ok the Super Colon Cleanse work wonders for me. But these are regular Fiber Psyllium Husk. These work if you just need a little fiber in your life. Directions say take 6 in morning 6 in evening.Whoops I thought I was getting the Super Colon Cleanse. I ordered wrong bottle. These Fiber Capsules do not work for someone who would take the Super Colon Cleanse once a week for when I really need to clean my gut.If you really need a good cleanse get this Red Bottle but make sure it says Super Colon Cleanse. I made mistake and bought wrong bottle. These work for someone who never took a cleanse or someone who needs to go mildly with added fiber.
